    Bayway Cadillac/Woodlands will do anything for money; including scamming and deceiving their customers. On July 28, 2022 I bought my new car in good faith, believing that I was dealing with a reputable dealer. I passed up ***** *** ******** and what a huge mistake it’s turning out to be. I had to accept the fact that they didn’t inform me until after I purchased my car that it needed 4 retrofitting (heated steering wheel, heated front seats, heated rear seats, and park assist with reverse auto braking.) I was informed of the car needing retrofitting on July 30, 2022 (after they got my money). Now, I’m being informed that my “rear” seats won’t be retrofitted for heating; no explanation was offered. I do understand the “chip” shortage auto dealerships are faced with, what I don’t understand is Bayway’s reason to be deceitful. I received a call from Bayway on October 13th that the chip for the front heated seats had come in and they made arrangements to pick my car up on October 27th. I also made arrangements to have the interior and exterior cleaned. And, to have all hard water stains removed; I specifically asked that my car be buffed, cleaned, and waxed. I was assured by the service advisor Kallie B***** that it could definitely be done without a problem but that there would be a charge for the buffing out of the hard water stains. I told her to get it all done and that the price would not be a problem at all. Before I let them take my car, I filmed the entire interior and exterior and, I took pictures of the entire interior and exterior. My car’s interior and exterior is exactly the same as when they picked it up on October 27h. The before and after pictures are identical; exact same dirt inside and the exact same water stains on the outside; especially the hood and trunk. I honestly don’t even know if the front seats are now heated!
