They have had to come out and replace 3 motherboards in less than a year. They will not look into the issues of what’s causing them to keep going.Mr. Chill Heating & Air Response

The equipment failure is a fault of the equipment manufacturer. We didn’t install the furnace. The circuit boards are cheaply made. We’ve replaced 100’s. The manufacturer needs to figure out what the issue is. We can only replace it when it fails. There’s not anything else we can do to stop it from happening. I wish these problems didn’t exist but they will until the manufacturer figures out how to make a board that will last. Hope this helps.
