This company harassed four of my family members and myself to collect a medical debt from over 7 years ago. They took it as far as telling my elderly parents that a warrant would be out for my arrest if they did pay $400.00 dollars immediately to create a "stop order" for this said warrant. I have contacted an attorney and I am pursuing legal action against them.

This company contacted me to collect on a medical debt allegedly created by me 11 years ago. This medical debt supposedly occurred in ********, where the statute of limitations for medical debt is 6 years. I received no calls, emails, text messages, visits, or physical mail about a hospital bill at all within that window, which would've closed in 2018. I didn't leave ******** until December 2018. With their tracking, they could've found me to address this at any time. I was never given a single bill or told an amount to be paid by any hospital in that window. I also didn't visit Sinai ***** hospital for any reason after 2008. I have only been there twice in my entire life: when I was born, and in 2007 or 2008 for a urinary issue. There was no follow-up visit. In 2012, I couldn't have visited that hospital as I lived across town, a minutes long walk from a totally different hospital. When I inquired about the amount of the bill, I was told that it was a little over $500, and I could pay a lump sum of over $1000 to settle immediately, or I would have to pay well over $7000 in installments due to some mysterious interest. This made me suspect fraud or profiteering by the collection agency. I was told there were multiple collection attempts but there were none within the 6 year window, and any collections calls I received were concerning someone else, or were incomplete messages from unknown collectors. My credit has also not been impacted by debt from this hospital in any way. When those astonishing figures were read off to me, I was also threatened with litigation in the event I refused to pay. This threat was unprovoked, as I gave no indication that I wouldn't pay. I was confused and asking for more information. Collecting via scare tactics violate my rights and are against the law, especially after the statute of limitations disqualifies the debt as abandoned or forgiven. This agency apparently has a reputation for this sort of thing.

Got a alert for my credit report advising this collection company put a collection unpaid for ****** medical bill. I called this company to how this happened as I was never sent anything in the mail about this nor have I received a phone call so I had no way of knowing they were trying to collect. I spoke to a rude guy who was really aggressive in his tone after I asked why I never received a letter about this debt so I could pay it and he said they have to contact you by phone first before they can send you a letter advising you of the debt and that they may of had a old phone number for me which makes no sense. He read out my current address but they never sent me this bill cause they didnt have my correct phone number. Now my credit score went down 45 points because I didnt get an opportunity to pay this medical debt that I wasnt aware of. I would of paid it over the phone with the agent today even though I feel this was handled incorrectly and I have been sincerely impacted by this, but the agent was so rude and aggressive theres no way I could turnaround and make this payment with this agent on top of how this was handled and the explanation to why I never received a letter from them. This company is horrible and ruining peoples credit.

I have been harassed by these people since June. They've called me multiple times a day every day. They are telling me that I owe on a non-existent physician's bill. I have asked them for the original bill from the hospital because I never got one stating it was a "physician's bill" for around $200. The only bill I received, I paid. I have asked for the original bill multiple times because the hospital has no records of such bill nor do either of my insurances which they insist paid it. They have lied and have been caught in a lie multiple times. I have the money so if it were a legit bill, it would have been paid, but all they're doing is barking up the wrong tree and are trying to scam me. There is no bill. My credit is being hurt by this too. My insurance company has no idea what is being referred to and I received nothing from the hospital. I can and will get a lawyer if needed. Business is not legitimate and it is a GIANT scam. They have also been extremely rude.

*********************** is very rude! These are nothing more then telemarketers. I have no paper work, no letters, there is NOTHING to show what "loan" they are showing that I owe. They have called me several times a day, including a lady saying she is going to come to my job and my home. This collection place violates the **** section 805 & 806. They have not disclosed what it is I owe and I am unable to get any information out of them.

An unauthorized deduction was made to my bank account! This should NEVER happen. It is fraud. I clearly stated I would call to make a payment. I spoke with ****** (the manager). She said there was a communication error, and said it will take 3 to 5 business days to refund the money. This is not a communication error. This is corrupt. After I made the first payment, I said, "I will call you." The Rep thought I meant to go ahead and charge my account any day they pick. This company needs to be investigated! They chose the middle of a work week to take money out of my account, and my paydays are on Fridays...so it makes no logical sense to deduct money on a Wednesday.
