Ever since they went under new management, they have lost all ethics towards making sure all of their customers are able to receive necessary functional equipment. They had a faulty regulator on our propane tank, and due to it being faulty, we lost over 200 gal of propane last year (2021/2022). They came out and found the leak but did nothing to replace said equipment when brought up. From there, this following year (2022), we have continued to lose propane. When it was discovered that the house my elderly grandmother who is 86 lives in was out of propane completely, I called the business to see about getting propane. They then told me that they refused to bring propane until we paid over $500 to them, even though we've had previous leaks within their equipment. When asked if we were able to pay half of said bill to at least have partial fill in order to keep our home at a decent temperature, I was told not happening whatsoever. It is currently 5 degrees outside, and our home is barely 50 degrees. They refused to acknowledge that their equipment is to blame, even though they have been brought aware of said issue many times. I understand needing to keep money flowing into a business, but not delivering any propane to an elderly woman who lives on social security fixed income with propane as her main source of heat, does not sit well with me in any way shape or form. On top of in most states it being illegal to cut off heat to a home during the harsh winter months. If you decide to go with this company, make sure that you do your full research into this company, and if you want yourself to be subject to their principles.
