I bought a truck on 6/12/2023, for 34,992$ I also paid 2,400$ combined total of 39,909$ I paid for a plus warranty that covers enhanced ********************* enhanced electrical, seals and gaskets, air conditioning, and rental, 60 months or ******* miles. 6 days after the purchase date my oil pressure dropped to zero on my way to work, I got out checked the oil and it was about a quart low and I could see where it had been dripping, so I called the dealership and left a message since they werent open yet and had someone meet me to go to work, I called back later after they opened since I didnt get a return phone call, and told them what had happened, and that they needed to come pick it up, they had it towed back to the dealership, the next day I called to check on it and the guy that sold me the car had an attitude and said I had to pay my deductible as well as the tow since there was oil in it and it was drivable even tho it told me I had zero oil pressure.2 months later it did the same thing,I took it to the **** to get it worked on and they said the warranty I had was canceled by F&S I called the dealership and they said I had the wrong Warranty phone number and policy number, when in fact I have the documents we both signed and the numbers she gave me at this time were for a different company and just a powertrain warranty, so nothing is covered now because they changed it without telling me and gave a lesser warranty, I talked to the owner and he said they probably went out of business or something which is not true the policy was just canceled, I called the dealership again after I got more info from both warranty companies and the manager of the dealership said I had to send copies of my paperwork when they should already have the original paperwork on file, then rudely hung up on me multiple times when I asked why she needs what I have after I had already send over a copy of my warranty coverage to the owner.
