My brother a senior, ******************, was victim of bait and switch with Autos of TX and asked me to help him with filing a claim. He was basically shown a truck online and promised the truck looked and had all of the amenities as stated. My brother even told the salesperson he would not complete the purchase if anything was different than what he was told. Thinking this was a reputable dealership, he put his trust in their word and put down 10K of a 21K price tag . Before he left to the dealership, he noticed the vehicle price dropped a couple times and continued to showcase. When he arrived from out of state to this TX Dealership, he was shown a completely different and unattractive truck. He told salesperson this was not the same truck he was shown and he wanted a refund. The 10K check cleared on Oct 19th. It was deposited before any paperwork had been signed and the truck even test driven for purchase. He is now getting the runaround with getting a refund and no one has returned his calls. He believes this was a bait n switch scam and wants to warn others who may be considering purchasing from out of state. The salesperson even admitted that the price changes were a lure. Now my brother sees that the bogus truck for sale was also a lure. He is seeking now to get his money back. He is a senior citizen and has been stressed out trying to contact this dealership to get his money back. I am assisting my brother; but, they know who he is and how to contact him for a refund.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Communication was not good, and I had an employee literally steal $500 from me and the dealership will do nothing about it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

They are great at harassing phone calls. High pressure sales. I get 4 or more calls a day for shopping online and asking a few questions about a car. She even will tell you in her message that she won't quit. In my opinion this is a great way to run off future business. I **** sure know they'll never get a dine of my money if this is the way they are going to beat up future customers.
