Refund and Exchange Policy

A Bel customer has a 72 hour grace period from the date of purchase to cancel his/her order for a full refund, only if merchandise has not been picked up or delivered.  Anything after 72 hours grace period will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of merchandise value.

Cash purchases will be refunded in the form of a check and can take up to 10 to 14 business days to be processed. If the merchandise has been picked up or delivered, Bel Furniture offers a 3 day satisfaction guarantee. If within 3 days of delivery or pick up, and the customer decides not to keep the furniture for any reason, Bel Furniture will gladly offer reselection towards anything equal or greater value without any restocking fee.  All we ask is the merchandise returned is without any damages to our warehouse or customer may choose to pay additional delivery fee if he/she likes them to deliver.  Mattress, mattress pads, clearance items and floor displays are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Pease note the original delivery fee will not be refunded.

Warranty:  Bel Furniture warrants the original purchaser that the merchandise is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period for 12 months from the date of delivery/pickup.  The warranty does not apply to any clearance items, floor samples, or any damage caused by misuse, alteration, negligence, accident or normal wear.  Merchandise transportation is not included under manufacturer warranty.  The warranty only applies to the merchandise remaining at original site.
