I have been waiting 15 BUSINESS days because they love to stress the no weekends count and I have not received my $500 deposit. They lie to your face and over the phone and come up with excuses as to why I havent gotten my deposit back. I spoke with a manager who said Im sorry you didnt read your contract but we have UP TO 15 days to issue your money back. So unfortunately there is nothing I can do this was last week on Tuesday. Today is 15 days and now Im being told it can take 20 because they are backed up. They are so quick to take your money but refuse to give it back to you. ******* which use the mobile home salesman he had me give him 5000 cash and said he was buying my old mobile home from me for 5000 cash which than made out for a ****** down payment that was last year we have since been out of a house and have been told we were waiting on permits we finally get to where the house is about to be delivered and than we talk to the city and no permits where pulled even though they had already built a pad for the new home I confronted him about it and he said he knew nothing about it and than starts calling me that he needed new paperwork from me I give them what was needed and still waited I finally talked to the city and they said nothing had still been done so I told him I wanted to back out and also let the bank(porchpass) know now hes telling me he has to charge for me for everything that has been done and a restocking fee and it all comes out too 10,2xx but has yet to show me the invoices to make that amount I have been asking for about 2 weeks for proof of how he came up with that number and he has only sent me those 2 invoices which look fake I understand I might not get everything back but he took my old home and had me out of a house for a year with storage fees and everything I am just hoping to maybe getting anything back and just for this to be known because it is not ok.Initial Complaint

Home was Delivered On May 28th and Sales Rep was putting pressure to call the bank that home was delivered so they can get paid , she said once they got paid they would schedule the contractor so Light and sewer could be connected. Mobile Homes Factory Direct was Funded on June 4th and sales rep send text message confirming that it was funded and she would get Services schedule. Up to right know nothing has been schedule I have contact them and they say they are working on it and they would call me back with a set day its been a little over a month and nothing has been done. I have spoken to The General Manager she said she would be the one helping me and the same thing happens she says she would call back with the date that service is gonna be done. I have also have contacted the manufacture to see what date they would be coming to do the repairs on my home and they said they have no information that was send to them stating that my home needs repairs, according to the sales rep that pictures of damages that were send to her, were send out to the manufacture on June the 4 when they were send out to her. The sales rep said it would not take more then a month for my home to be ready until this day 07/03/2024 my home is not ready I'm making a home payment for a home that is not ready.Initial Complaint

This customer was refunded some time ago, the account where the money was refunded was closed by the customer. This is why she was not able to access her funds. This was not the fault of the business.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:They were giving me the run around for a long time I have text messages from their employee and yes I finally got it because I kept on calling and texting and pushing them to the point I told them I was reporting this because originally yes was going to my old account they said they had no issue cutting a check then a week or so goes buy the employee said yes it was her fault The communication between them their wasnt made and they sent it to my old account then she asked for new acct I gave it then was sent to old acct again then was told had to wait to cut check then another week goes by and then they say we need a letter saying you closed you acct to check check when at the very beginning that was never told to me they were all blaming each other for the mistakes and their non communication then the boss says your not the only one waiting for a long time for your refund.

The applicants card was refunded and rejected by his financial institution several times. We wrote him out a check for the refund but he refuses to take the check. We cannot refund "another" card.Customer Answer
