If you are looking for urgent care cant say I would recommend as you better expect just that except at emergency room prices.Came here for a smashed and swollen finger expecting to have it looked at, relieved of pressure, and be on my way which by most standards would be urgent care. However, I instead left footing prices for an ER visit. All in all was seen by two nurses and an RN, total of probably 15 minutes of time with only 5 of that being their procedure to relieve the pressure, which involved the equivalent of a soldering iron in the fingernail to open a hole. Not until I went to leave and close out costs however was I notified this was going to be billed as ER since injuries to fingers are always ER visits which was noted by the receptionist. After having had multiple instances of stitches in fingers for other injuries, all done by other urgent cares, I am still a little shocked at what their definition of what ER qualifying procedures are and the fact they tell you none of this until its time to pay. To further the above, upon exiting they were unable to provide me a receipt or any kind of real record which I have also never seen before. After all this I reached out to their customer advocacy line after feeling ripped off and reading other reviews of similar experiences with prices being whatever they decided they wanted to charge for that day. The representative was only able to note that it was an ER visit because I had a procedure yet couldnt detail what the definition of a procedure was or why this qualified. Furthermore, I once again attempted to get a receipt for services provided and the only thing they could provide was a payment processing receipt; again, still cant detail services provided in any form or fashion.Giving at least 2 stars here since care provided was acceptable, despite general rudeness by some of the staff.
