    I had purchased a 2014 ******** E350 fro ****************(Autonation) unaware that motor mounts engine mounts were needed. I had bought an extended warranty and brought my car in for service. I had to pay close to $1600 out of pocket for this. Not only that my horn keeps blowing fuse, which they have never fixed. They just replace blown fuse and send me on my way. There is NO communications for the dealership.I have made many attempts to contact service manger supervisor to No avail.

    AFTER driving there 5 hours, AFTER my credit was run, AFTER hours of being there and after the dealership's closing I was informed when signing my final documents that there were two additional fees being included to the cost of the vehicle and that these had to be included. One was a $639 cost for a supposed paint coating and another $639 is for in the future if I ever get a ding/ dent. I expressed my disagreement to these extra charges being added that were not disclosed, not on anything on the vehicle or online and sprung on at the end after all the time, driving and credit score decrease that results from my credit being pulled for financing. I sent a detailed report of this with a survey I was asked to complete from the dealership with no response or follow up. I emailed the dealership directly afterwards days later to address this with no response again. I the spoke to my salesman and have emailed with him twice with absolutely no response from anyone (other than the salesman who assured me he has passed my concerns to upper management.)Basically you can't or shouldn't put added options not requested or ever disclosed at the end of a sale. This was not right and the fact that I have already reached out time after time without a single response from management is something else that really is unacceptable.
