    I ***************************, husband and 8 year old granddaughter moved into the property of *************************, on February 5,2024 shortly after we noticed we had problems with the home those things that we small we took care of. We have a bigger problem that we can not repair which is our septic system, busted pvc pipe on the side of the home and backed up septic system. I have made several attempts to property management and have been told that it would be fixed. Now we are going well into our second month and it has still not been fixed and is also a problem and a huge health concern especially with people like myself and my husband with very serious health issues. I have sent in pictures to management team about the situation and also have several recordings of me speaking with them about this situation. They want rent on time but dont want to take care of the property unfairly treating this situation as if it doesnt matter next steps are planning to reach out to all news media cause this situation is bad. Taking advantage of disabled people are anyone that lives on this property is unacceptable!!!! All we are asking is for this to get resolved ASAP the back up is bad.

    Do not and I mean do NOT rent with these people no matter your circumstances. I moved in to an apartment at the end of Oct 23. The home didnt even have a sink in it and had to call to have one installed. The stove had all of the copper stolen out of it. Upon moving in, there were razor blades in the restroom, and the house reeked of cigarettes. I got the home cleaned up and the smell out. When I moved in, I also noticed the shower didnt stay hot for more than 7 mins, and the faucet diverter was messed up. I put in a work order for that, and its still messed up over half a year later. In early March, my neighbor came up stairs and told me her roof was caving in because of my shower. We call the office and they send someone out. They couldnt find the source of the leak, so they just said it was resolved with no further action. A week later, my toilet wouldnt work, I put in 8 work orders over the phone, and 6 emails in the span of it being messed up. I also reached out to the apartment manager, who told me for two weeks she was coming over and never showed. We werent able to use our toilet or our shower for 2 months. The apartment smelled terrible from the sewage. I called all of those times, and there were times I was hung up on, and other times they acted like they knew nothing about it. I ended up having to pay to have my toilet fixed and they said thats something you wanted done, we have no responsibility towards what you spend your money on. They have zero compassion for people and especially not their tenants. They are truly a disgusting type of people with zero morality. They just want people to move in and move out quickly for deposit money. Please, beware, and keep yourself safe.
