I moved in Ladonna place apartments 15th January 2021. Ever since I've been bombarded and harassed by my neighbors. What would constantly happen is that I would hear loud noises like doors being shut loudly and banging on the walls when I am home cleaning or cooking. I would normally play music through my Alexa device and apparently neighbors had a problem with the music. I moved my devices around and lowered the volume to the point where it's even hard for me to hear anything. Every thing that I do I am considerate and compromised enough to meet the so called demands of my neighbours. In October 2021, I got a full time customer service job which was work from home. After training we switched to the phones and started taking calls. Ever since the first day I would feel my apartment shake and it felt like someone Is jumping and doing something to make the floor vibrate. My computer at one point shook so much I thought it would fall. To make this short I made a complaint about the issue in October but it would later get worse. To the point where I wasn't able to continue working at my position. I have a friend that comes over now and again and he's been a witness of this for the entire year. I Have not violated my lease in any which way or form. I left a note on my neighbor's door because I was about to start a new position and just wanted to enlighten her about it. I went to the office to let them know what I did but nobody was there and upon entering my apartment I was chastised and called stupid and was being cussed at by the neighbor for about 30 minutes. At the time, maintenance saw the confrontation and called the property manager and came to my apartment so that I can talk to her over the phone. I let her know again about my issue and I got a little agitated but I observed professional misconduct from her. I also payed a transfer fee for an apartment I was refused because they are claiming that I need to move out in a 30 day notice.
