I was charged twice for my order of Seabiotix apple cider vinegar. It clearly stated 6 bottles for the price of 3. Transaction date February 15 Post date February 20 Was charged $422.52 Thank you *** *****Business response

After reviewing this customer's transaction, it seems that there was a misunderstanding about the price. The price indicated was "per bottle", which when purchasing a quantity of 6 was half the price of purchasing a quantity of 3 "per bottle". The customer, expected to pay the per bottle price for 6 only three times, not six.
Nevertheless, as an act of good faith, I have refunded 50% of the total purchase price, less taxes (see attached).
This should satisfy the customer's misunderstanding.Sincerely,

I ordered skin tag remover. I received with a jar of cream, then received another jar of cream and anti-aging (vit.c & sea buckworth oil)which I did not remeber ordering the products for the first place. I emailed 2 times to cancel order but no answer. I called Jan 09 and Jan 10 and order for a refund but Customer service said that they cant so anything and cant refund since the products been delivered. There are 3 different business showing in my statements with different numbers that will go to the same products. charges in USD : Fox goods emporium Dec 12, 2023 - $106.65 Dec. 22 -$106.29 Osiris Advanced Expo Dec 30, 2023 - $106.29 Jan 01, 2024 - $106.29 Pumpkin Wondrous Shop Dec. 15, 2023 $106.29 I was furious of these charges, How could I pay or fork out these charges for the products that I did not order or even want to use. Mr. ****** placed his initial order on 11/25/2023 for Skin Tag Tincture. During the checkout process, customers are asked if they would like to receive additional products each month. In Mr. ******'s case, the offered products were Multi-peptide cream and Buckthorn Serum. If the customer does not want to enroll in these monthly product subscriptions, they are instructed to opt-out of the subscriptions. Mr. ****** failed to do so.
Subsequently, he received the subscription products on 12/13/2023, 12/15/2023, 12/28/2023 and 12/30/2023. He did not reach out to us about any of these purchases until 1/10/2024. At that time, the subscription enrollment was explained to him, and he was offered a 50% discount if he wished to continue the subscriptions. He declined and the subscriptions were cancelled.
All of these purchases were made without Mr. ****** opting out of the offer or contacting us, and therefore are valid transactions. We delivered the products in good faith, and he received them. Nevertheless, as an act of goodwill, I have refunded his most recent purchase. Further refunds (in truth no refunds) are warranted.
We operate using several d.b.a.'s so that we can process orders more quickly than if we used only one. That is why different names show up on his statements.Sincerely,

I placed an order November 2023. Not seeing the additional items they tacked onto my purchase. The total reviewed amount in my cart does not reflect what was charged. So much so I thought it was a separate fraud charge and it stayed a company name that is different. I ended up paying $346.29 for a bottle of skin tag remover (they sent I think 4 in total which I did not order). I have tried contacting customer service with no response ever. The company is deceiving with what they are charging and shipping!Initial Complaint

I ordered the trial skin tag remover, at the time I did not notice the extra stuff they tack on. As soon as I noticed the charge I emailed customer service to cancel and refund my order. I never got a response. I've since received it but have also been charged 3 more times, requested cancelation and refund and still nothing. Their phone line is apparently unattended. This company is deceiving and using predatory tactics.Business response

Due to exceptionally high call and email volume, responding to this customer was delayed. We have since hired additional staff to alleviate this issue. Without admission of fault, we have refunded the purchase price of all items to this customer (see attached).

I ordered one sample of the offered Skin Tag Remover for $4.95. It was a try out - Special offer. I received it but it came with a jar of cream I did not order or want. I just received another order yesterday of the same stuff that I did not order or want. So far I have not seen a charge on my credit card but worried that they just keep on sending stuff and then charge me a big amount at once. I never authorized any transaction except for the first trial one . Tried to call the service telephone number waited forever, nobody is responding. # I called ###-###-####.Business response

When the customer purchased the skin-tag remover, there was an opportunity to decline the additional product, which was not done. Additionally, if a customer does not cancel within the trial period, they are enrolled into a monthly renewal, as explained on the website. Nevertheless, I have refunded the most recent renewal purchase amounts in full and cancelled any further subscriptions. The customer is free to keep the product or dispose of it as we do not accept returns of personal use items.

Date of transaction: July 18, 2023, 2.35p.m. Company: Seabiotix/Top Notch Elite Marketplace Customer: ***** ****** Please see the process a complainant made to you on 06/18/23. I could not get to the final order screen to see the order, costs and verify what I had selected. I had given all the personal data prior to that. Because I was unable to confirm my order, I swiped away the site and turned off my phone. I was shocked and astounded to see that within 5 minutes of my call the scammers had accessed $363.09 CADand $23.59 CAD on my MBNA mastercard. I had immediately called MBNA because I wanted to know if my information had been used. There was also an invoice sent to me by by e-mail. This morning, the 19th, I was told by "customer service" that it was already sent out, could not be refunded or cancelled. When I persisted I was offered $120 but not if I pursued a Dispute through MBNA. I further discovered that there was a monthly subscription for another product that could be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of the additional product. I have requested a new Mastercard and a stop on the present card. Seabiotix is noted on the website WebParanoid as probably a scam. There is no phone number or site for Top Notch Elite Market Place. MBNA is disputing these charges. This company very deliberately obfuscates any means of getting past ads for further products so the viewer cannot get to the final listing of purchases, costs, etc. as was exactly described by other complainants. This is a scam with a clever legitimate appearance. I want my money back and to return the product unopened. .Initial Complaint

This company sells several products for removing skin tags under different names such as Clear Tag. They offer a refund if not satisfied but require the prod. uct to be sealed. Customers can't try it if they can't open it. And they do not send the RMA numbe. They claim they have but did not. I think they hope the customer waits until the the 30 days have passed so the company can declare the refund period has passed. Additionally the product doesn't work. Purchased original product on June 12/23 and was charged twice what the advertised price was. Contacted them through their email June 13/23: ******************************* regarding this and have never heard back from them. Never signed up for any on-going product purchases and now they are charging me every two weeks for products that I don't want. Again have emailed them and no response. On the invoices, state that the Charge will appear on statement as seabiotix-body.com June 12 - POS PURCHASE SEABIOT 16.70 [email protected] This occurred for the original charging and now it is showing as something else entirely: POS PURCHASE LYRA SUPP 102.80 [email protected] I need them to stop taking money from my accounts and charging me for products that I have not ordered. They are putting me in arrears and creating financial hardship with their methods. Any help would be appreciated, as they do not respond to their customer service email: Customer ServiceI have emailed them a number of times since June 12 original purchase since then I have been charged an additional 4 times on my account. My hu husband ***** ordered a product from this company and it's not a product that he is able to use we are trying to contact them to get a refund and return their product but no one will pick up the phone or when the phone is picked up it's hung up on them we need to find out how to return the product so that we can get a refund or whether or not this is a legitimate business or if this is just a scam.
