I bought a $189.00 leg massager, and it shuts off, after initially plugging in and lighting up. It has hardly been used at all. The company is non responsive, and the phone number doesn't work. Many other complaints are saying the same thing, and the company is permanently closed.I find this astounding since they are still sending me promotional emails, and are still open for business on Amazon as well as ***** Why are they allowed to sell? They are cheating people, have no working number, no customer service, and are saying they are closed. They are perhaps just clearing out their inventory, as they prepare to skip town. The massage chair complaints on your website are the most heart wrenching. Elderly people, like myself who are spending close to 2K on these chairs that are just breaking, and they are getting zero response from company despite being under warranty. This company should be shut down immediately and no longer allowed to continue to cheat people.!!Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 full body massage chairs from this company on April 21, 2022 and have yet to receive my products. The money has been taken from my account, but still no product over a year later, as well as no way to get in touch with anyone. I would either like the product, or money refunded.Initial Complaint

I bought this chair December 2021 and O have purchased 3 year warranty. I need servicing on my chair as arm massage section is not connecting probably, I sent them videos and pictures and they never got back with me so it does not do what they told me machine would do. 3 vacuum supply lines have become disconnected in both arms. My problem is I cannot get the outside panels off to do the repair. This is my wife's chair and we paid about $2000 for it about a year ago. All I really need is directions on how to remove the plastic panels on the OS arms. I have been trying for months to get in contact with slabway but every place I find is no longer in business. Sure hope you can help. I do not have an invoice but can send a picture.Initial Complaint

I purchased the massage chair and a 3 year warranty. My chair is now making a horrible high pitch noise and I need it warrantied. Company will not answer the phone. Website says it is closed. I want my chair fixed, or my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a massage chair on 12/4/2021 in the amount of $1,996.99 Delivery was set up on second Thursday in January. I had to hold the delivery due to unfinished construction at our home (where the chair was to be placed). By the time construction on our home was finished, the delivery company had reported to me that they had returned the chair to Slabway and that they no longer do business for Slabway. When I attempted to contact Slabway, their webpage stated that they are no longer in business. The only way to contact them was by filling out a ****** form with the complaint information. I have also tried to contact Slabway through my bank (mediator of the transaction).To this date, August 31, 2022, I have not had any response from Slabway.I am asking Slabway for a refund of the product.
