The chair stopped working. We can't figure out how to open the fuse box to change it. The instructions don't tell you how to open the fuse box. We're hoping the fuse is all that is wrong with the chair. There is no phone number for customer service. Help.

I purchased two Slabway Chairs on 4/13/22. Order number ******* We paid for both chairs. We only received one chair. We reached out to customer care on 4/28/22 letting them know that one of the chairs was missing in the shipment. We received an email that someone would be contact with us. Nothing has happened since that time. Now I have noticed that Slabway is currently closed down. The website states the company is permanetly closed. Not sure what we can do.

As I placed an order for a massage chair for $750, the website submitted the order without providing me the opportunity to put in my discount code to get the advertised price. I immediately notified customer service of the issue with confirmed order #****** and upon researching it they informed me that 2 chairs were ordered and they could not honor the discount code that was advertised and so they took $2994.00! After more discussion, an agreement was made to pay $997 and $1997 would be refunded to me. Emails will be provided as proof. After the delivery and refund were promised in their email on April 27,2022 at 5:23pm. No further correspondence from the company came nor did any delivery of the purchased chair. I made multiple attempts to contact slabway and no response ever came. I have 20 snapshots of email correspondence

I am lodging this complaint in the event that you are able to help with businesses who are no longer operating. I received a Bill of Lading to return a chair to Slabway. After I had shipped it and attempted to contact them to let them know it was on the way, I discovered that they had gone out of business. The chair was enroute, and was refused at the destination, so is back at the shipper's dock. It appears that not only am I out the $1750 for the chair, but I'm now responsible for the shipping both ways; they intended to deduct $350 of the refund for the return shipping, so I estimate my responsibility to be $700. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. I am also pursuing this by other means.

On 12/21/21 - I ordered a Slabway massage chair (order #: ******). Total purchase amount $2,146.97. I paid the additional $299,99 for the 'white glove service' with guaranteed delivery 2-8 days from purchase date. The chair was delivered on 1/5/22 - 15 days from order date. I had to initiate an email to get the tracking information because it was never sent to me. On 2/17/22, I submitted a refund request with pictures of the chair attached. The refund was approved (RMA #: ******). Finally, on 2/22 I received the Bill of Lading (BOL) (*******). No mention that a pick-up date was scheduled, the SAIA freight company showed up at my residence on 3/9. SAIA said I had to have the chair in the original packaging it was delivered in. That was part of the 'white glove service' - the trash was removed after the chair was set up. Slabway had to contact SAIA to inform them of the approved way of shipping back. My husband had to have surgery on 3/22 and was unable to lift anything for several weeks. Finally, on 5/9 we were able to get the chair packaged up and SAIA picked it up to return. I learned today that Slabway has permanently closed. I am hoping this office can help me get my refund processed by Slabway or connect me with someone that can. Thank you, **** ****

Order a massage chair on the store closing sale. Received an email stating order received and money has been taken from my account. We emailed them back to get an idea how and when it would be shipped so we can be home if needed. We received and email stating the following "As per checking, the shipment has left our warehouse and waiting for the freight company to scan it in their first terminal. Once the shipment is scanned, tracking will be sent to the email address immediately." This was 2 weeks ago and we have been unable to get ahold of anyone via email or phone and their website has been taken down. We would either like to know how this is shipping and when or our money back.

On April 15th I ordered and paid $997.00 To slabway for a massage chair. 4days later I realized I made a mistake in ordering a chair that wont fit in my living room. So I canceled my order. They emailed me back to get the explanation as to why I canceled. I explained to them. I havent heard anything since then. Ive emailed them multiple times to see whats going on as to when I was going to get my refund. Now I find out that they have went out of business. Is there anything I can do?
