            Been trying to get my refund from this company. They sold me fake shoes. They are giving me a run around. All I want is a label to send back the fake shoes and get 100% of my refund.

            I ordered the new balance 550 and my total payment was 160 dollars. I ordered the size I always order which is half a size bigger for more comfort. The shoes were too small on me and I cannot walk in them. I contacted the store to exchange for a bigger size and they said no. I told them I just wanted to exchange for the correct size and not receive a refund but they refused even though I told them I would not be able to wear the shoes at all. Never again ordering from there. I later found so many reviews saying this place is a scam.
