    It has taken over two years for this form to work on my 2022 tax return. I uploaded all information within the first 60 days of 2023 and they never completed the necessary documents. After months of pleading with them and being pushed aside, I needed to source another firm to complete my taxes resulting in $8,000 in late penalties and fees. I am seeking this full amount from this company.

    This company has been "working" on our business and personal 2022 taxes for the past 2 years with minimal contact and communication. All the while racking up IRS fines for our business because of their failure to complete our taxes in a timely manner. Our taxes have been in "final review" for at least 6 months. We have paid for the completion of our taxes and now its effecting our business and personal financial next steps. Do not trust this company! This is an example of accountant malpractice and we plan to pursue legal action.

    this firm has created massive tax issues for us not filing properly or on time. They are constantly over billing and made an absolutely mess of our taxes charging us on top of the 4400 we now owe additional penalties for tax information that was given in Feb. They barely respond have not given any guidance. now having to redo taxes multiple times to fix their mishaps. DO Not trust them or the businesses they broke into to try to hide. Three peaks and preferred business partners.

    Second year this firm am has created a massive tax debacle for us not filing properly or on time for that matter. They are constantly understaffed with turn over, over billing and made an absolutely mess of our taxes charging us $22k and have not a single pnl for 2023 or our taxes down for 2022. If you read their google reviews dozens of people having the same issues and we are filing with the state attorney general at this point . Said would be resolved in a week and now it’s been 4 months later taxes still not amended computer correctly. They have violated multiple tax laws no adhering to regulations as professionals and would like to talk to a better business beauty’s rep for further detail as this is borderline criminal how they operate. Stole our tax docs and refuse to release along with our funds for services not rendered

    Kohler & Eyre prepared our tax returns. We paid for the preparation and also for "audit" insurance. We received a letter from the IRS stating that we failed to pay the full amount due. This was the result of poor math on the part of K&E. They did not provide vouchers with the correct amount. We received fines and interest payments. We contacted K&E seeking them to rectify the situation. We feel they should be paying the fines and penalties.

    We initially reached out to the business in 2022 to file our taxes. We were put on a waiting list even to be clients. After being on the waitlist for several months, we finally heard from them in early 2023. They reached out to start doing our 2022 taxes (we had to file an extension so they would have additional time to do our taxes). We paid for their highest tier of services. They call it the "1040 complete package" at $3550 with a $500 deposit to get started. We paid the deposit right away. From early 2023 until now (Nov 2023) we have still not received what was listed in the package we paid for (which we have in writing): * Communication support via phone with 24hours or less (we couldn't even get anyone on the phone or to call us at all despite numerous requests in writing). * A video recording with a summary of our tax return with a 30 min phone/video call with our tax preparer (Jasmine said in writing we were to receive the video by the end of the night on 10/16/23. It's 11/09/23 and we still don't have it, let alone a phone call with it). * A 30min tax strategy meeting with a partner from the firm. This still hasn't happened despite being told by their manager, Josie S****** via phone, that someone would reach out to schedule this with us. * A year end tax consultation for an hour. Also hasn't happened nor been scheduled. I emailed their manager, Josie, asking for a partial refund since we haven't received hardly any of the services we paid for (all they did was prepare and file taxes, but didn't do any of the items listed above despite numerous attempts from us in writing by email and their online platform). Now we feel we should get a refund for the full amount of $3550. Initially, we asked to only be charged $1500 since that is "closer" to the services we actually received (although we still didn't get the video recording of our tax summary which is included in their lowest tier of services at $1500). Attached are the communications we've had.
