      May 2022 purchased a Mattress from Mattress firm with the promise of 0%APR. We have good credit. Come to find out after already signed at the store and we actually get documents it is DEFERRED interest. We were guaranteed and promised it was 0%. Made payments on time like clock work and often time double paid. Low and behold we are down to a little over $500.00/ I am thinking it will be paid off in a few months no problem. BAAAM this month has over $500.00 of Deferred interest charges being added. VERY unhappy with VIVE Financial. I would have been better off going with ANY other option. Fool me once, I believed the salesman at Mattress Firm. I will be asking them to help ** as well. Because if that is what they do to get people to use this predatory EXTREMELY high Interest Rate Card, they should be held accountable as well. Lying to people when everything is electronic and not receiving Documents until you "Activate" account which is AFTER the purchase.

      I understand that i was making payments on a dog but unfortunately i am not about to afford that anymore and am reaching out for help or something from yall. the payments are way too much and i have ****** payed anything off in a year and as i am now homeless and have no card to even make the payment because it got shut off. As well i do not own the dog anymore because ****** stole her and i have looked for her for 8 months now and nothing. i have no home and no pet to anymore so theres no reason for me to continue paying. and ******* told me the payment would only be 100 but its way more than it should and has been what i was told.

      The interest rates on this card is unbelievable! I have been paying this account for a couple of years now to see that my balance is still growing after paying them hundreds of dollars and i have not even used it for the past 2 years. How can they get away with this!!

      Thank you for contacting Vive Financial on behalf of the consumer.  While we are unable to provide account specific information, please be advised that our cardholders purchases were placed on twelve-month deferred interest promotions and not paid in full by the expiration date.  Therefore, deferred interest was assessed on those purchases.  The quickest way to pay off a balance is to make payments in excess of the minimum payment due and to pay on or before the due date.  If our cardholder has additional concerns our representatives can be reached at ************.

      I received a letter from Vive Financial dated 3/10/2023 stating they were closing my account immediately.The stated action was taken due to: Poor credit performance on your account with us. I was put out of work for 2 years due to my company shutting down due to COVID. I was receiving unemployment benefits for some of this period. While receiving the benefits, records will show that I paid the bill on time each month. After the benefits were cut off from my state (********), I had difficulty paying all of my bills. I kept Vive Financial in the loop as to what was going on during this period. I paid something towards the bill each time. Vive Financial collected almost $1000.00 in interest payments. As soon as I was able to regain employment, I immediately resumed paying the monthly bill. I was able to get the bill back on track. Also, Vive Financial offered me an arrangement to match a portion towards the bill. This arrangement was not honored. I was given no warning that my account was going to be closed. It was not due to negligence that I wasn't paying the bill. It was beyond my control. After the unemployment was cut off, I sought out employment. Due to disabilities, I am not able to work just any job. My government contractor's position was perfect for my disabilities. I took employment at Macys, the only place that would hire me at the time. That position had me on my feet for long periods, causing severe auto-immune flare-**** I had to be pulled out of the position by my doctor. Eventually, my office reopened and I was able to resume my regular payments. Again, I kept Vive in the loop the entire time. I also paid what I could.

      There was a hard inquiry on my credit and I did not apply for anythin I paid offmy credit card and want this off both my credit company's

      Someone used my information to get a credit card. It is fraud I have reached out to Vive several times and left messages, and no one will return my calls. This is also on my credit report. I have filed with my local ***************** I want this resolved as soon as possible. Vive Financial just ignoring my request to talk to me about the situation. It is a big problem. someone Charged $10,240.00 on this card when they stole my information. This just started reporting to my report in May 2022 for an account that was originally opened in 2017 when I was 18. I never applied for this card and had no knowledge until it started reporting.

      I was in an abusive relationship. Under duress and in constant fear for my safety, I signed an agreement at Petland in ********* ** to finance the purchase of a dog with Vive Financial on 2/10/2022 in the amount of $5000 principal with a *****% annual interest rate.On Feb 20 of 2022, I got out of the relationship by fleeing to the emergency room. I filed a police report in the hospital and obtained a protective order shortly thereafter. Before February ended, I attempted returning the dog to Petland. They directed me to their claims department, who told me that it would come down to filing a dispute with ****. I filed a dispute, explaining the situation. There has been no humanity shown to me. I have been told time and time again that I shouldnt have signed the papers, and my fearing for my safety isnt relevant to this massive companys loan. With accumulated interest, I now owe well over $6k. I just want it all to go away. I dont want to keep living with the constant reminders of what I went through. Their collections department has called me numerous times daily for nearly a year now and its psychologically torturous. They wont stop until the debt is gone.

      Vive Financial send me to collections 1 day after of not paying my bill. This is unacceptable and their grace ****** shouldn't be 1-30days. 1 stupid day! Worst consumer company ever that doesn't understand how to run a company and I don't understand why other companies want to have business with them. Fix this problem and speak to the owner of the company of adjusting their dumb grace ****** that makes no sense.

      This company had me open a credit card under what I believe was under false pretenses. The interest rates are unbelievable. You basically can never pay this off. It should be a crime what they do!

      Someone took a loan out using my information on November 12th 2022 and we notified them on November 15th and 18th that it was fraud. The person was borrowing money to by bowflex equipment and had time to stop the delivery but did not report it to Bowflex until late January. The account was closed but they continue to come after me for the funds and not resolve it with the company. Called Bowflex (at the time we did not know it was Bowflex) and told them same thing that it was not mine but no one will return a call from the fraud department. VIVE continues to call mutliple times a day and harrass me for something they will never get a ***** out of me for.
