  I would give them 0 stars I paid my payments on time and more then what was asked and find out they cancel my account for no reason what's so ever .. and when I called customer service they couldn't give me answer why it was canceled.. this is the most ridiculous company.. stay away from them seriously!

  Horrible company. Approved me for a card, said card was sent out the other day I called today on my 10th day and they said account was closed due to error and they had no explanation.

  Approved for vive MasterCard on May 27.have made 3 payments of about ****** to cover annual fee.have not received my card as of August 15.numerous calls to customer service haven't helped.supposedly have sent 4 cards to my Po box,but I've received none.they are now wanting to blame the post office but I've had same box for over 20 years with no issues

  We got a Vive credit card from ********** and tried paying it off, then they said we owe another $35.00 on top of the $200.00 plus dollars on the bill. 35% interest on the card is unheard of. This company is ripping off the public.

  They call you to set up a payment plan with you in order to help you. They tell you that they are going to change your due date and after months taking your money out of your account you call them and they state that your due date has NEVER been cancelled and you are paying a late fee every month. With this you finance an amount and instead of your balance going down it increases. You try to log into the account and some way you are not able to log on. I wish there was a way to stop them getting my hard earned money. They protect each other. I asked for the name and id number of the employee who gave me the change of date but they are not able to give names. Lets talk about a real shady company. They are out to HURT the people who have bad credit who are trying to fix it! I wish they could be done against places like this.

  I paid my bill off in full one month ago. I received a bill stating I owed $30.92 after paying the bill off with zero balance. This company is ripping people off. This can't be fair lending practices.

  This company advertised that they report to all 3 credit bureaus. This is not true! Not only is it only reflecting on my TransUnion credit report, I called to open up a help ticket and received an email stating at this time they do not report to all credit bureaus only TransUnion. If you are looking to work on improving your credit scores for all 3 credit bureaus this is not the card for you.

  If I could give this place negative stars, I would give them negative 20!!! I have never in my life dealt with something like this. Some months taking no payment out with autopay, some months taking 3 out causing me to be overdrawn. I have to call and have them fix my account monthly. And have them remove $29 late fees. They will only remove 2 in 6 months regardless if it is their error or not!! This company needs to be put out of business! Buyer beware and do your research!!

  Predatory lending is 100%. There is a lot of deception in their sales department. I was told that it was interest-free for the first 12 months, and then interest started afterward. I was not explained exactly how that worked, and now I owe $1,000 more for the mattress that I bought. Customer support is very unprofessional, sarcastic with their responses, and liars. I spoke to ****** Extension ****, and supposedly the supervisor was very disrespectful. He said that he sent me my expiration of my terms to my address, but I had the wrong information and address, and we never got any warning about the terms being due. Please stay away from these people when it comes to doing any type of business with them.

  Predatory. Representatives claim they cannot calculate what you have paid, nor what you will owe on a certain date. I learned that I'd essentially only been paying interest for TWO YEARS while amounting in more than the total of the product I irresponsibly took this credit out for.
