1 starI lost my job and fell behind on my payments. I explained to them that they kept calling me while I was driving a bus load of kids. I lost my job because of them. No empathy at all. Now I'm being threatened by emails and calls constantly. I told them the payment is too high but they don't offer refinancing services. I have a special needs child and need my car. If I lose my car I'm not sure what all I will be able to do. Don't use this company if you can get around them. It will be the best decision you make.Review fromJennifer H

1 starI have fell on some financial hard times. This company harassed people I never even listed on my car loan. They called my ex husbands mom.. and I dont even know how they got her information. Alone from that I was told to have my past due balance paid by April 30th or my car would get repossessed. I have it in text and email stating the deadline. I woke up this morning and my car is gone! I am furious. I have been harassed by this company. They call my phone during times when I cant answer even when I told them I was working. I always was in contact with them. I see I am not the only one that has been harassed by this place. I am surprised youre still in business. If you say something has until 4/30 5 pm mst then you should honor that !!Review fromVALERIE Y

1 starPrestige Financial Services is a company that do not have a dispute resolution to arbitrate, my car was financed through them and i've worked with many other companies but this one has been the worst company to work with. My car was a total loss after the collections department insisted that i can use my car for ***** lyft ,etc to help me catch up on my car note. I chose to put my car on Turo and my car was totaled. Prestige was still asking for their money they still said i was obligated and someone left a voicemail telling me that they have told me over and over that just because my car was a total lost i'm still obligated after telling them that i no longer could afford or pay with no car this has put me in a more financial stress and they did not care at all and a guy emailed me and said well you don't have GAP so you still need to pay us it's the people that was involved that really has not helped me they actually made things worse for me and they are super unprofessional feels like i'm being scammed because of how they email/text but when you speak on the line all that aggressiveness goes away and they act like they care but don't respond or have anyone call you back the company has to be the worst lender i've worked with and if anyone buy a car do not go with prestige financial because when life starts throwing lemons they are worse they will throw more lemons and laugh at you and it's very depressing to work with a company that can't find a resolution to help me resolve things in a better way they are very rude and unprofessional stay away from them don't give your hard earned money to a company that will make you feel like you made a bad decision if companies had respect for consumers and made us feel like we are important to them i would actually want to pay but now that my car is gone i owe $2600 due to no GAp i don't feel as if i should pay after all the stress they have caused me on top of the loss of my car. i'm disappointed with the companyReview fromPhillip W

STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE FINANCIAL IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN THEY WILL PREY ON TTHE POOR CREDIT FOLKS WITHOUT A DOUBT, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY CAN!!! Prestige financial is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I never had a late payment and I decided to trade the car I had a loan on through them and bought one form a used car lot with a different lender who bought this existing contract out and they were informed of this, not only from me but from the dealership as well. The have called and called and called and still keep asking me for payment when the contract was bought out. The sale was on the 18th of Feb 2025 and here I am on March4th ********************************************************* when they are going to get payment. I keep telling them the same thing that I don't own the car anymore and they are going to be getting a buyout check from either the dealer or the current finance company I am through now. Anyway I am blow away at the total disregard for the customer. I am an on time payer and this is rediculous. I do not know what to do as they are relentless and I feel very harassed and so does my wife. I have called the dealership where I bought my current car from and they told me the check is on the way and they should be patient. I even had one of the people at the dealership reach out to them on my behalf and they still did not stop. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE FINANCIAL IF YOU CAN. THESE GUYS WILL PREY ON YOUR POOR CREDIT AND WILL EXPLOIT YOU FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THEY CAN.

This is the WORST financial services company ever! They harass you BEFORE your due date with calls and texts and emails. They are rude, disgusting and annoying to all ends. I have NEVER been late, never hit a 30 day without payment etc and they call and text all day!!!!! Am I their only costumer because how is it even possible to call text and email someone this many times a day they contact at least ***** times a week and its insanity. Ive had to put my phone permanently on do not disturb because they call all day and all night. Ive blocked their emails at this point and same with texts. I really want to just give the car back at this point because its not even worth the hassle at this point. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Take the bus, use ***** a taxi, a horse, whatever works, just dont waste your time with this company. Your mental health deserves better!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I became completely and totally disabled , unable to work , I got the car sold for 9k on a car that is worth 6500 book value . This was not good enough for prestige . Prior to this event that disabled me I never missed a payment . So they began by bombarding my phone with calls from people that talked over me and refused to see how my effort to make right on the account mattered what so ever . After many of these calls I gave them a cease and desist order and the calls stopped . So after paying the 9k to them guess what , I still owe around book value for the car . These people are predatory lenders and don't care about people and circumstance whatsoever . So now my almost perfect credit score has tanked , I'm still being charged an exuberant amount of interest and still after 3 of 4 surgeries to correct the injuries I received as a first responder I am told I will never work again . So whats next ? Garnish my disability ? I made you a priority for over 2 years and paid most payments a few days ahead of due date and I get treated like I robbed you at gunpoint . PEOPLE RUN FROM PRESTIGE AND DONT LOOK BACK , your better off riding public transportation than to deal with these thieves. - **** medically retired *****Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

This is a terrible company they harass you like many other people stated like they are the Mafia !!!! Which they are not and I surely wont be allowing and I let them know each time . They call , text and email legit everday ! Example my payment was due the 20th and today is the 21st they are already harrassing me all cause I just caught up on December payment due to Christmas and personal . Im never even a full month behind ! Absolutely never multiple . I actually hate it and will never ever deal with them again . This company is Terrible!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional! They taunt you and even called my employer!!! They act like the mafia when it comes to the payments! I bought a car and I used this finance company. I filed for bankruptcy and I included my car. My bankruptcy was a chapter 13. paid back what they asked for. I paid my bankruptcy off early. I contacted the finance company and asked for my title back. I was told I will not get my title back. They want more money. I dont understand how they can do this I will be another lawyer to pursue my title. ***, stay away from this finance company.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.
