      Paid of vehicle that I have had for 2 years. PAID OFF, $0 BALANCE. They say they can release lien and mail it to me after 15 business days! Unheard of. I have the title in my possession. They suspended my online account as soon as car loan was Paid in Full so I couldn't go back into my account even if I wanted to. Send a dang email with the release so the people who legally own their vehicles can sell them. I was offered that after the 15 days, I can send them a fed ex label to get it overnighted from there. I work for a financial institution. These things can be done instantly. I never ever complain. I am pretty easy going in everyday life. I make my payments on time. This is nuts to me. Never would I recommend Prestige Financial to any person for so many reasons but especially for their "policy" of holding the release of lien for 14 business days. The car is paid off, I own it. Why hold the letter hostage for even longer?

      I am not liable for this debt with Prestige Financial, I do not have a contract with Prestige. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested. i demand this account be removed from my credit report.

      Contacted company in February of last year for a voluntary surrender and to come and get the car. However they waited three months to come and get it and were still charging me and after Ive repeatedly asked them to stop calling if they needed to communicate to email and they have consistently blown up my phone while Im at work. The car was sold to me under false pretenses and there are already lawsuits against them I want them to stop contacting me

      In mid February, I attempted to purchase a vehicle from camp ********* in *******, **********. This financial institution provided a loan approval to the dealership after my bankruptcy. I went to complete the deal and left with the vehicle. Five days later, I was contacted by the dealership stating that this financial institution was declining to pay out the loan Due to discrepancies with my employee time card and wage reporting. This financial institution was provided documents from myself, as well as my company to verify everything was true and correct. They still decided to deny the loan resulting in me taking the vehicle back or facing vehicle theft charges. This company was nothing but worthless to work with and their claim of helping people with bad credit is completely false. I attempted to resolve the issue multiple times as well and my employer called to resolve the issue and verify all the accuracies that they wanted. Overall this company would be a worthless financial institution to finance a vehicle through.

      I've been having issues with Prestige for well over 5 months now. I emailed this company in regards to my payments for my 2017 ******. We agreed (I have the email also) that I could go on a payment plan as well $194 on the 7th and another $194 on the 25th of each month for 4 months then if I needed a extension for plan I could reach out to them per our conversation. I've never missed a payment at all. And I'm also up to date. This month April they told me via our phone conversation I had to pay $220 on the 7th and $220 on the 25th. I just paid $220 on the 7th because that's what they've told me. Even when I pay my car note they literally harass me every single day all day long that I had to add them on to my block list. It's annoying I am 7 months pregnant and these people stresses me out every single day calling saying I didn't pay when I have receipts that I did in fact pay. I want all of these calls to STOP! I want them to stop lying saying I didn't pay my note when I clearly did so. I never missed a payment. If this keeps happening I'm going to file a lawsuit against them. How do you tell me you'll work our a plan with me then turn around and harass me after I make a partial payment that we've agreed on. This is annoying I can't go to my meetings, dr ***** etc without them keep making unnecessary calls to my phone daily!!

      I am writing to inform you of a fraudulent account that has been opened in my name with PRESTIGE FNL. I am a victim of identity theft and did not authorize the opening of this account. Below are the details of the fraudulent account:Creditor Name: PRESTIGE FNL Opened Date: 8/8/2017 Account Number: ******* (last digits masked for security)High Credit: $12,402.00 I respectfully request that you immediately close this fraudulent account and remove any negative information associated with it from my credit report. Additionally, I would appreciate written confirmation of the account's closure and any relevant documentation regarding the fraudulent activity.For your reference, I have attached a copy of my Identity Theft Complaint to support this claim.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt resolution.

      Let me start by saying this company is already involved in lawsuits and this maybe another. I fell ill and asked them to please provide a voluntary surrender letter and come get the car. They have not got the car and they charged it off and they obviously don't know regulations as you are not allowed to keep charging late fees and or interest on a charged off account. Today they reported an increase in the amount I owe on my credit report even though it is listed as a charged off. THis company has all negative reviews and again many lawsuits for not following regulations. I want them to get this car and list it for what it is a voluntary surrender.
