    On June 25, 2024 I received unsolicited emails from this company. One email advertised a free gift if you took the survey. I took the survey and they charged my credit card account $14,89 and set me up on a monthly service. I did not authorize any service or any money to be paid. I contacted the company that my credit card said was the charger: Amazing Lens Gears at ************. I talked to **** and then ****. They would not refund my money. I did not authorize any money to come out of my account. They need to refund my account.

    Based on this consumer's complaint, it appears that they may have had an issue with an advertiser that placed an ad in one of our newsletters. We have unsubscribed this email address from our newsletter, based on the complaint received. We are not the advertiser, but we can help a consumer get in touch with any advertiser that they may have an issue with for further assistance. They can reach out to our customer support at ********************************** or just reply to the email they receive from us. Sadly, this consumer never reached out to us (prior to their complaint with the BBB) to allow us the opportunity to help them resolve the issue.

    For months I have been receiving unsolicited emails from Easier Eats, Recipe Reader, Vivint Home Security, Orangetheory fitness offer, Command Cooking, Recipe Saver, Recipes Direct, Canvas Prints Promotion, Lazy Cooking, Cooking Professionally, School of Word Play, Mama's Cooking, Good Clean Humor, Become an AARP Member, and any/all entities associated with BHK LLC and Reactive Resources LLC . I have unsubscribed several times to their emails and explicitly replied and requested removal from all mailing lists after reading their typical response of addressing BBB complaints. I want to make clear that I no longer wish to receive and emails associated with or on behalf of BHK LLC or Reactive Resources LLC. I do not want to receive any communication from any of these companies ever again. Failure to remove me from all mailing lists after I have unsubscribed and emailed them asking to be removed appears to be a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act and will be acted on if further mailings continue.

    BHK LLC of Draper, UT is sending me ever increasing unsolicited spam emails and I want them to stop. I tried to unsubscribe but they keep coming. I want them to remove my email from ALL their email lists and never contact me again.

    I am receiving unsolicited commercial emails from this company, which uses multiple sender accounts (Cooking Professionally, Recipe Reader, Recipes Direct, Membership Offer, et al.) to obfuscate their common source which is BHK, LLC at 138 *****************************************************. This is the same private postal box listed for Mamas Cooking. An email received 3/4/24 from Membership Offer, but was actually sent from *************************** is an ad for AARP membership which contains the statement Youre receiving this advertising email as part of a marketing list that you signed up for or opted into. That statement, which is FALSE, indicates this firm is engaged in false and deceptive business practices. Certainly not deserving of a BBB A- rating.

If the consumer will provide the email to which they receive our newsletters, we will be more than happy to unsubscribe them from our newsletter mailing lists.     This business has been sending me unsolicited spam email under various names - Mamas Cooking, Lazy Cooking, Heartland Cooking, Recipe Reader etc. I have not been able to successfully unsubscribe from these emails. I do not want to be on any of their mailing lists.

    I have never heard of Recipe Saver, Word Thirst, Cooking Professionally, Recipe Reader, Easier Eats under BHK, LLC of ******, ** nor have I ever given them my email address, but continually receive emails from them. I have tried to unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe button and through their website but continue to get emails from them. I want BHK LLC to remove my email address from all their mailing lists (in every state and or country they are operating in) and to never give or sell my address to any other entity.Note that the following two entities use the same formats, and other people on the internet have attributed their emails to BHK, LLC of ** (Heartland Cooking from ******************* LLC of ******, ** Command Cooking from Command Cooking, LLC of **********, **),

    Since 1/31/2024, there have been no more SPAM emails from this entity.  Assuming that emails do not resume, I concur that this case is closed. In the event that SPAM emails resume, I reserve the right to reopen this case.  I appreciate your assistance.

    This company has been spamming me for months now. They change up the domain address in order to get past junk mail filtering. Using titles such as "Easier Eats", "Reipes Direct", Lazy Cooking", "Mama's Cooking" and more. There are many complaints regarding this aggressive scam / spam organization. I have never subscribed to any service from BHK, LLC and their associated businesses. I will not use the unsubscribe link because I know the game they play and in many cases, the unsubscribe link does not work. I will be filing a complaint with the ************************ in ******* and in **** (the address they show on these spam messages, *********************************************************, look to be a residence or a mailbox rental rather than a legitimate business address). I will also file a complaint with the *** unless this business ceases and desists from continuing to ******* me with these unsolicited emails.
