      They cancelled me due to overbooking me then I accidentally missed my rescheduled appointment and they will not reschedule unless I give them another *****. I didnt charge them for rescheduling me and they shouldnt charge me. My time is valuable as well. I think it may be a scam. I want refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I still have not received the service I paid for so I would like a refund.  I do not believe it is right for them to keep all of the money I paid just because I accidentally missed the rescheduled appointment and even if they did give me notice when they rescheduled - IT WAS THE BEST TIME FOR ME and I rescheduled for THEIR benefit.  I would like a refund now as I no longer want their services if this is how they deal with customers.

      I saw a video that lead me to believe I would have answers to my condition of Hashimotos by paying $97 for tests that would determine what type of toxins in my system was causing it. I only received one urine test (based upon the misleading video, I expected more testing) that I followed carefully only to find that I would need to speak to their health professional to find out what it meant. I made an appointment with the health professional whom I expected to give me insite into my health condition based upon my test results. The person I spoke did not even address my test but only proceeded to try to sell me on a program which wound cost around $7000. Upon reading other complaints, I see that my test was exactly the sane color as other victims of this scam, I want my $97 refunded immediately, this is an absolute scam.

      This program causes fear and is pushy about asking to open credit cards to pay for $9000 detox program. The urine test sold to Me was the same exact result for the multiple people that took it. Theyre not sick. I dont believe in the accuracy if the test. They tried to convince me to get a credit card even when I stated didnt have income currently. Assuring me if I didnt get help Id end up worse. This sales tactic is not okay. I want my money refunded.

      During the initial enrollment process, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales agent to make a decision on the same day. Despite expressing our need to take some time to consider the program, we were continually pushed to proceed with the enrollment. This rush resulted in us signing up for the program without fully understanding the details on 3/22/24.Upon reviewing the contract after enrollment, it became clear that the $15,720.90 payment included access to recorded video modules, priced at $3,600 per individual. This pricing structure was not adequately explained during the sales pitch, and it feels disproportionate to the value provided, especially considering that my daughter, who is 11 years old and has an intellectual disability, would not benefit from the program. Given these circumstances, and considering the money-back guarantee offered by your program, I am formally requesting a full refund of the $15,720.90. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the misrepresented nature of the sales process and the unsuitability of the program for my family's needs.

      On Jan 22, **** - I came across some videos on ********* and it sparked my interest. After watching the webinar, I felt inclined to give it a shot and make an appointment since I felt as if I qualified and was seeking answers. I paid $167 for the cellular inflammation kit, which seemed way too simple when it arrived. My sample turned the darkest red shade as soon as my urine hit the vial, which spooked me honestly. After seeing that everyones sample turned that way, I am not shocked. It became clear that the simple urine sample did not show any sort of personalized testing based on my own cells. During our consult, my advisor was nice.. but he just went over the webinar all over again. At the end, he popped me with the large price and said that spots were limited. I got upset and started crying, as 7-9k is ALOT of money, and needed more time. He then sent me links to credit cards and rescheduled our appointment for two mornings later. It felt strange and pushy to be under so much pressure in a short amount of time and if it wasnt a quick decision, it was because I didnt care about my healing or wasnt yet ready .. I am requesting a full refund, please.

      *************************** sells you on a personal story of his own sickness. His relationship with God as a ********** Then he sends out a test for 167 dollars. It will turn bright red like Im sure everyones does! Now your a fish on a hook. They call you and talk to you asking several questions very personal and then hit you with the cost. If youre desperate for a solution they have got you. Then they send in the coaches which I would call the handlers! They are so friendly and helpful to get you started on your modules and supplements and meetings which all will cost you. They try to make you do as many and soon as possible before you realize you have been scammed. After first week of supplements I was having reactions and not well. When I informed them of this you would think the normal response would be to stop taking them and we will issue you a refund but no. They tried to schedule more meetings and have me watch more modules. I feel embarrassed that I fell for their scam. However, I dont want anyone else to be deceived and I really feel they should have criminal charges brought against them. They are taking advantage of the vulnerable. They didnt even apologize. Out of the **** they returned everything but **** but Im working with my ******************* to get the other **** returned. If they were an honest company they would return the money.

      I ordered a service "consultation" that included what I thought was urine testing from the Dr. ********************** on October 26, 2023. I also made an appointment for the consultation at that time. The appointment was confirmed via text message. After some review, I learned that the video was misleading about the amount of testing and that the consultation was an "upsell" that would have required a $7k-9k investment with around $1000. up front. I immediately texted back to the consultant that I wanted to cancel the appointment and requested a refund. I was told my appointment had been cancelled. I then wrote an email making a formal request for a refund that included all the information and reasons why. I sent another email over the next two days. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone when I call. I did have two customer service calls asking me what I thought of my consultation, and each time I requested a refund. The only response I've received to anything was a form letter about staying on the email subscription for newsletters on December 28th of 2023.I'm on a fixed income and had to go without other things so that I could try this program. When I realized I wouldn't be able to afford any of it at all, I tried to get my money back. I've been trying for two months. I finally came here to get help.

      I ordered a urine test kit for myself and my daughter after watching the video. I googled his information and then I seen complaints of scams from other people who purchased. Also a horrible couple embezzlement from children and taking money from their own child's trust fund. I sent messages immediately for a refund I contacted the program they stopped responding. I did not receive any test kits and I asked for the refund quickly. They do not respond.

      I purchased a test that is supposed to show cellular damage or exposure to toxins. It says wait two minutes but turned darkest red immediately. I have read several reviews where everyones test turns darkest red. Then they pressure sell you a program for $7000-$8000. I declined to purchase. They said if you dont get it today, you may not get in the program. They are preying on people who are seeking solutions to years long health issues.
