      Very unprofessional management company! I was harassed, lied to about rent and utility amounts/increases, ignored when it came to repairs, and they did not give me back my security deposit. Took them to court and the judge ordered them to pay me a judgment and they have not paid. They have ignored calls and are avoiding to pay up. It's been 3 months, what kind of professional business does this?

      This false accusation just messed with ten people lives ! ***** is not worried about car theif which is actually lives on the property! He more worried about himself and about his boss seeing video about his ludicrous behavior ! I am going seek legal action! These felony accusations with no permit at all ! Please run from this place! He obviously took a job he couldn't handle ! I am going post until this is fixed! I have multiple degrees I never seen manager handle situations so poorly without permit ! He now trying evict them on me being defending myself from is behavior! If he would leave them alone and apologize all this can avoided! I am educator have no reason for accusation that push against me!He cares about himself and his imagine more then safety of your homes and family ! Not once he mentioned how care for community he managing of! The fact he blaming being gay as reason for his behavior! This is at sunrise at *********

      Lazy property managers. I cant even get a lease to sign again so Im forced to pay month to month and higher than market value. $1400 for a mediocre 1 bedroom in ****************.

      J E F F H A **** is A LIAR -1st he promise it would be a soft credit pull.We had a discussion prior, and it was understood I didnt want a HARD inquiry.I decided not to move forward.I sent ********************* K S a text message saying DO not pull credit & delete my information- he replied with a text message-no problem I will withdraw your file. That was a lie .He indeed pulled a hard inquiry that hit my credit file for 2 years. This is unauthorized and I consider FRAUD He use my information after I said NO. Via text. After I confronted him about this via text message he stop replying and made no apology for LYING- Now I want a letter sent from the Academy/ Guild to all 3 credit bureau to remove this inquiry.

      worst lender i have ever in my life dealt with. We were barely communicated with and when it came to any dealing with our loan officer, and when we had such dealing's they were vague and obscure. This was our first and now last attempt ever to buy a house due to the mishandling of our situation. our realtor was offended on our behalf, our problems never stopped, they only grew with time and more delays. the poor reviews prior to ours speak a holy truth. if you deal with this company you do it as risk of money and time, both of which is not free believe me! i would not recommend this company if i was reimbursed my entire lost set of fee's spent on this wasted endeavor. i am disappointed in our experience and was given no outlet to get or gain control over the situation we had at hand, just loads of excuses that were never ending.

      I was introduced to ************************ - **************, ** (Branch Manager - NMLS# ******) through my realtor and I am so thankful for this opportunity. She listened to my story and then immediately went to work for me providing all of the steps and information necessary to sell and buy a new home.**** **** was easily accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable. We were dealing with technical issues several times, and she knew how to work through them all. Selling/Buying is not an easy process, especially as a single parent. In fact, it can be very stressful. However, **** **** understood this and helped keep me calm through it all.I am so thankful for having the opportunity to meet her. I wish I had met her long before to help with my other purchases. **** **** makes it her priority to see that you are successful! I value my working relationship with **** **** because she cares.*****

      Academy Mortgage in my opinion do not have the borrowers best interest instead they took care of a builder that they had relationship with. If i could give them a zero they would get nothing. Academy Mortgage was not truthful to the **** when i filled a complaint. I have documentation that backs up their lies. In my opinion they are worthless scammers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

      Very disappointing. High closing costs but we were under pressure due to the wait time of their approved home inspector. Then, within 18 months and Academy making both property tax payments late, (which I had to correct) they sold our loan to a very low rated mortgage company. Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND.

      Academy Mortgage is a scam company. I would give them no stats if I could. I am having issues trying to talk to a real person about my home insurance. They say I have none yet in my documents within their website it shows my insurance information including the decloration page. They still sent a letter to tell me that they secured insurance for me.....at more then double the cost. Absolutely fraudulent. Now I can not get a person on the phone nor will they reply to emails. I am beyond ****** off. I will be refinancing as soon as possible!!
