If I could leave 0 stars I would! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We have lived here for quite a while and have noticed several things and will NOT be renewing our lease. 1. All their employees live on site and I'm sure with a contract it is free. They live in the nice, updated townhomes. With having maintenance and a property manager living on site we should be able to get work orders done asap and not have to wait for leaks to be fixed the next day. 2. They are quick to charge fees, they do not care if they have the right person; anything to make an extra dollar. 3. They do not fix anything properly in your apartment. If you had water damage, no worries. They will just paint a few coats of paint over it and call it a day. Look under your sink, I'm sure you'll find a wax strip that is holding up your kitchen sink too! 4, Before you move out, please make sure you record everything and take pictures. They will unnecessarily over charge you for paint and correction work. You will NEVER get back your deposit (read others reviews too)5. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW ANY PRIVACY LAWS. THEY WILL SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHER RESIDENTS LEAVING ROOM FOR RETALIATION, ETC. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING AND DOESN'T CARE FOR REGULAR RESIDENTS BUT WILL BEND BACKWARDS AND EVEN COME OUT OF THEIR OFFICE FOR NEW RESIDENTS IN BUILDING H. THEY WILL POINT AND BLAME WHOEVER THEY CAN AND EVEN RACIAL PROFILE YOU. BECAREFUL DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND JUST OVERALL STAY FAR AWAY! NO WONDER THE TURNOVER RATE IS EXTREMELY HIGH. AND DON'T GET STARTED ON THE RENEWAL OF CONTRACTS! THEY HARRAS YOU EVERY DAY! EMAIL, PHONE AND TEXTING YOU BUGGING YOU AND ASKING WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO RENEW YOUR LEASE? RENT IS INCREASING DUE TO AMENITIES. AMENTIES WE CAN'T EVEN ENJOY! THE **** IS ALWAYS CLOSED BECAUSE NON-RESIDENTS WANT TO RUIN IT AND THE RESIDENTS GET PUNISHED.
