    Revolution solar made statements that the solar panels would save money but everything said and done my electric bill doubled. received no Federal or State rebates or refunds they said we would get now owe 34000 to personal loan bank that we can not pay. turned on panels in 2-1-2024 and do not cover bill or cost for panels. took advantage of a disabled person . class action lawsuit?

    I bought solar panels from these guys they said their was 30 yr warrenty on panels and converters they had revelation solar install panels my roof is now leaking I can't contact them in any way to have this problem fixed so I'm assuming they won't be upholding warrenty because all the numbers I have for them are disconnected

    In June of 2023 I was presented and agreed by contract with Revolution Solar/ USA clean energy to design and install a system for my home use. Under terms of the contract I was given x amount of days or by a certain date for instalation to begin and all permits to be filed. I received no confirmation of permits however the panels themselves and only the panels were brought and placed on the roof within the last 2 weeks allowed by the contract. Per contract the complete system would be installed x number of days after the signing of the contract OR no later than 10/8/2023. This was not done nor even scheduled by admission of the rep. Within 2 weeks of the panel install only , I was informed by the banking institution that my loan had been paid out as complete install only awaiting final hookup by the electrical company. I called to inform them this was not true and that false submission per the terms of the contract had been sought and funds been released to Revolution Solar for the completed system . REVOLUTION SOLAR also responded at least 2 more times that the system was completed when it is nowhere near complete. Terms state the system comprised of panels and related wiring , investors, switches and boxes. Of which there is nothing but panels. Nothing else has even been delivered to the property. Last response was made in February 2024 by the company and I tried at least 4 different numbers every day for 3 weeks and have since relied no communication. The bank is pushing for payments which per contract were not to be released until system completion yet were by false pretenses. I'm on the hook for over 33k with the company breaching contract and unit bank falsely releasing funds against terms in the contract with false filing with the bank and attempting to pass this mistake onto me as the purchaser with the contract. And now a failed contract that was breached . I have records of texts and call dates to recorded lines. I can submit at a later time.

    Company was hired to install solar panels and file and collect Illinois Shine incentives for us. Company collected funds did not pass on incentives and now is our of business.

    USAClean Energy used Revolution Solar to install solar panels at my residence in Oct 2023. Once they were installed and I had started making payments, they never called me to turn them on so 6 months later they still are not on. They have not returned any of my emails, phone calls, or texts. They also promised to reimburse me the for the cost of electrical work I needed to do to install the panels and th we also promised a $1000 referral check. They have FAILED to uphold their contract. I need serious help with this problem and not sure what to do.

    Terrible. My solar system has been installed for over a year, and is still not operational. I have been unable to get in contact with them since December of last year (so almost 4 months now). They had been reimbursing me for my loan payments for my solar system, but that has stopped as well. I am now paying money for a system that does not work and have not been able to contact them in any way, shape, or form. I have sent them many emails and called many times attempting to get in contact over the past couple months, all of which have been unsuccessful.

    Our solar system was purchased 11/22. Install was finally finished December of 2023. We were told the last step was a state inspection and that would probably happen in the next couple of days. After the inspection the system could be turned on. March 18 there still has been no inspection and apparently some of the work was not done properly. On March 17 we found that none of the outlets that are connected to the backup system are working. This could negatively impact our business. We have made dozens of calls to any contact we can find to get the system installed and turned on. It is still not operational 16 months after we signed the contract and now has caused malfunctions in the electrical system in our home. In addition, the pole that holds the breaker box is too close to the REC pole according to REC and must be moved before they will allow the system to be turned on. Finally, USA EA basic customer service practices are appalling. Their voicemail greetings do not identify the company or the name of the person you’ve reached so you never know if you’re leaving a message with the right person. Voicemail and emails do not identify if the person is out of the office or an alternate employee who is handling their messages. My husband and I have left multiple messages with multiple people and rarely receive a call back. Basic customer service requires keeping the customer updated even if the update is only to tell them it is being worked on and hasn’t been forgotten. I have specifically requested this communication several times but have not received it. Overall what began as an exciting purchase we had looked forward to for years has become a disaster. We have been paying payments for over a year for a system that doesn’t work. I would like reimbursement for all payments up to this point and an electrician to come immediately to fix whatever is causing our outlets to malfunction.

    Bought solar through them and revolution solar. Installed wrong inverter, wrong permits. Confused me with someone in Michigan. Poor communication will not return calls or reimburse payment for loan. I can’t believe a company like this can exist. This business needs to finish what they sold and get people what they paid for.not scam people out of there money.

    We are having extreme difficulty with USA Clean Energy/Revolution. Our project cost approximately $160,000. Our issues are almost identical to those of others mentioned on this site. Communication was wonderful at first. The two installations were completed in 2 days in May 2023. Unfortunately, they did not pass inspection on multiple occasions. It took until Jan 2024 for inspections to be passed. Our system is supposedly connected to ComEd, but we are still paying both ComEd and the loan companies. They reimbursed for several months of loan payments which was great. The problem is that the system still does not seem to be working and USA Clean Energy/Revolution stopped communicating completely at the beginning of January 2024. I've made numerous phone calls and sent at least 7 email messages since January 5, 2024 asking for assistance with: 1. Documentation for our tax credit. Apparently we need an IRS Registration number. If we do not get this tax credit our payments and interest rates will rise substantially. The price they quoted us along with the promised tax credit were the primary reasons that we decided to go solar. 2. Assistance understanding why the system has not been working even though it is approved through ComEd. 3. Confirmation that the paperwork for the warranty has been registered. 4. Assistance accessing the app/site to verify useage. 5. Refunds for continued double payments. No one has replied. No one is answering our calls. I fear a class action may be necessary given the many other issues mentioned on this site.

    USAClean Energy used Revolution Solar to install solar panels at my residence. its almost 24 months later, the panels aren't working, the batteries don't work and USAClean Energy is happy to make me pay for services unfinished. They won't return calls or communicate in any form. I want my stuff to work. Please help. 60000 dollars they've left me on the hook for. The solars panels aren't even on, they are just costing me money and USAClean Energy has FAILED to uphold their contract. I need serious help with this problem.

    I am rejecting this response because: Your job as the installers, is to make sure the array is working as intended. Instead you used the wrong parts, swapped out those parts, and IT IS THE VERY SAME PART you claim is the responsibility of another company? Incorrect. You have a duty and responsibility to see the services to their full completion. Not ignore people once "permission to operate" is provided. I can't operate a vehicle without a battery. I can't operate my solar panels because your install and subsequent "fix" were either inadequate or improper.

    I am rejecting this response because: Your company did not install the array correctly. This also comes from the manufacturer. The error code supplied is due to installer error. So as stated, you failed your obligation to do a proper install miserably. Then you refused to return any of the calls, or the emails, or the texts i have sent/made. Also you have not reached out to me anywhere but here because the only thing you care about is complaints that effect your rating. Yet youre still dodging and deflecting. You have failed in every single way a business can. I want everyone that looks here to know. I look forward to your response, but I'm pretty sure your track record on returning calls speaks for itself. Now it will be shown here.

    I am rejecting this response because: its extremely difficult to schedule anything when I still have yet to be contacted by your business. So a week of replies here, and still no call from your business. Which I might point out is a contradiction from what was told to me, here, a week ago. If your company put in half as much effort being honest and openly communicating then you wouldnt be swamped in negative reviews, plummeting ratings, and (hopefully) lawsuits. I hope USAClean Energy is run out of business soon. So no one falls victim to your predatory practices ever again. Still looking forward to your response.
