      My contract had been over a year and a month month basis. They hadnt rendered any services since October of 2024 in December I had to change my debit card they were billing. Because it was changed they couldnt bill anymore, since it was on a month to month basis, I decided I didnt want there service anymore but they continued to keep billing me. Even after I called multiple times to cancel they claimed I needed to speak to someone that handled in different office. Which I did but they still continue to bill the account just to make a bigger for service they were no longer providing. At one point I was told if I pay 115 it settle the account but I didnt feel I needed to pay anything because they hadnt rendered any service since October mind you its now April 2025. So they me told if I cancel my subscription, which what I attempted multiple times but they refused to cancel for sake of driving up the balance, now they dont want to honor their own agreement of 115

      RUN... Do not do business with this business. One of their salesmen showed up at the door, unsolicited. He offered a year contract. I explained I did not want a year contract but would be willing to try their service for three months. After the first treatment, I didn't feel it was making any difference in the number of mosquitos but I had them treat it again, then realized, it's not effective. So I called to cancel the service. They informed me that the contract was for a year and that I could cancel but it would be $199 to cancel early. They said I could call back in the spring, so I received a message today via text that they would be coming to treat the yard. It reminded me to call them to cancel. They again said my contract goes through April 24th and I'd have to call back or they would charge me the $199. The sales person on the porch said I could do a 3 month contract but when he had me sign the electronic paperwork, the contract was for a year. Today they informed me I'd have to call back on April 25th to cancel my contract. Interesting that they are completely automated but they can put in a cancellation order for April 25th. I'm sure they are counting on the fact that I'll get busy and forget to cancel and be stuck with another year of charges. This is pure bullying of the consumer. They show up unsolicited and uninvited. I agree to a 3 month contract, they have me sign for something other than what I wanted. My fault, I should have read the details fully but it was several digital pages long and the guy was standing over me waiting. So I got locked into a contract I didn't want and no way to cancel until I call on a specific day. Theses folks are using abusive business practices and I wanted to leave a warning here for others so they can see that these folks are a rip off. Unbelievable. No surprise they aren't listed with the BBB. Because they know their service could not endure that kind of scrutiny. Bad Business, Very BAD.

      Terrible service absolutely would NOT recommend.Ive had a horrible experience with this pest control company. I signed up to take care of an ant problem, and months later, its still not resolved. Ive repeatedly told them that my dog is highly allergic to ant bites, and yet nothing has been done properly to fix the issue.Every time I called, I was told well send someone, but follow-through was always inconsistent or completely absent. Ive had to chase them down again and again this is not how a professional service should operate. And every time someone comes to fix them problem, I would see ants again in less then 2 weeks. Not sure what are they using for ants, but if I put the ant killer that works even better then their product. Now that I want to cancel the contract, theyre making it difficult and telling me I cant cancel until a manager gets involved which just adds to my frustration. Im done dealing with the excuses and the stress this company has caused me. Theyve done nothing but give me a headache, and now they want to charge me for early termination after failing to do their ****** VERY aware before signing up with this company. The service is poor, the communication is worse, and youll likely end up where I am still dealing with pests and regretting ever calling them.

      This is a buyer beware review. I started with them May 2023. The salesman said the product was a guarantee and they treated the yard as well. That was important to me because my sons loves to play in the yard. Even right after treatment there are still ants and spiders. Constantly having them come for extra treatments. I had termite system installed. The *** said it is my system. Now I am canceling they said no the $1500 was just for the installation and I dont own it. They would be coming to get the stations. They offered to lower my bill. I reviewed the new contract and it didnt include my add ons. They are a very dishonest company. Find someone else!

      I sadly began and signed up for services with Hawx in June of 2022. There were issues where technicians came to the home and did nothing but take pictures of them "pretending" to get **** webs etc, but the real issue came when I was moving from the place I was renting and a termite inspector came to provide a quote because they suspected a termite problem.I told them I was moving and that they would have to speak to the landlord about installing anything to take care of the problem and I transferred my pest control to my new home I was renting.These jokers spoke to my old landlord, had them sign a contract under my name and put the termite services on MY PEST CONTROL ACCOUNT! For months I did not notice I was being charged for ************************** Plan charges on equipment and services that did not belong to me!!When I called for them to separate the account, even the escalation account managers never seemed to be able to get it right! Like they couldn't create a new account for them - so they just added my old landlord's name and contact info to my account instead!I got fed up and decided to just take my losses and cancel service. I already paid MORE than I was responsible for! These crooks are now HARRASSING ME AND MY OLD LANDLORDS EVERYDAY with phone calls regarding the cancellation fee they really should WAIVE due to their incompetence. Me and my landlord are both recording and keeping a record of all the harassing calls so more than likely, we will both go to civil court for reparations because I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CENT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!I WARN YOU!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

      Service start off amazing but when I decided to cancel after my year services when the problem became an issue constantly emailing me constantly phone call me after I told you no longer needed your services. Never had a business in my life if you canceled the service you move on this one here keeps constantly aggravating, and Ive already sent two different representatives to my house to see if I wanted to stay with them after I canceled.

      I have been exceptionally pleased with their techs and the outcome of their services at our home. I too was disappointed that the service is every 60 days but payment is monthly however after saying that the outcome is awesome! No matter what the problem is (Ants, roaches, mosquitoes) they address and eliminate the problem. Before a service they ALWAYS text before arrival and knock on the door to ask if theres any specific problems, they will also come out over and over for no extra charge when any infestation occurs. Our home had ants that I could never get rid of for years, almost to the point of wanting to sell the home. Within 2 months of starting the service they were significantly reduced and have never returned also we began seeing cockroaches when neighbors moved in next door and with one call they were here and now we almost never see one alive.

      I had their services for over a year. I told them I wanted to cancel. They dragged their feet on canceling my policy. Now they are asking me to pay $140 for 2 more months and late fees. Unacceptable

      I want to start off by admitting I dont have a leg to stand on in that I did not read what I was signing; however, I do believe that good faith business practice should be expected. June of 2024 I was approached by a salesman in my neighborhood and offered a "deal" for a $200 plan that would be billed 50$ before every service (quarterly). We reconfirmed verbally with him that he did mean $200 for the entire year. He repeatedly told us yes, and explained it was because other neighbors were signing up, which I confirmed. The salesman guided me through the account setup process and told me what to click and eventually sign. I put it on my credit card thinking it would protect me from fraud. This is just not enough, and I should have read the document. We were misled by the salesman and ended up being billed every month. To get out of the contract, they charge a $200 cancellation fee. There's also an autorenewal that goes month to month after the agreement ends. To cancel have to call the office or mail them. I plan to do both, as my trust in them is gone. When I contacted the company about being misled, they didnt even offer to look into it. They immediately referenced the agreement, which I reviewed before calling. It had quarterly services, and monthly billing with every month checked for $50. Call me naive, I thought a phone call would get it resolved, and we could continue using Hawx as our pest control service. Unfortunately, I got a horrible response of "sorry we can't do anything for you". I work in sales and customer service; we would never act this way towards our customers. This company probably survives off of deceitful tactics. It would prosper if they actually cared about their customers. Truely disappointing. If this review doesnt convince Hawx to conduct business differently, I hope it will serve as a warning for anyone thinking about signing up for their service. It certainly was NOT a deal. Read their contract (and any other business) before signing.

      **** *******.This IS THE WORST BUSINESS HAVE EVER SEEN. FIRST THE ***** *** FROM THE BEGGINING LIED TO US JUST TO MALE THE ***** THEN WHEN THE EXTERMINATOR COMES OUT HE SAY "OH NO **** FLEA EXTERMINATION IS AN EXTRA CHARGE". THEN I CALL TO TRY AND CANCEL WITHIN THE MONTH AND THEY INSISTED THAT I KEEP THEM AND GAVE ME A DISCOUNT. THEN THE EXTERMINATOR COMES OUT HERE AND DOES EVEN DO THE *** WE CALLED THEM OUT HERE FOR. SO MONTHS GO PAST AND I DO MEAN MONTH ALMOST 7 OR 8 AND I THEY HAVE BEEN TAKIJG MONEY SO MUCH TONWERE ONE TIME THEY TOOK PART OF MY RENT MONEY WHEN I TOLD THEM TO REMOVE THAT CARD. THEN I GO AND REMOVE IT FROM THE PORTAL AND THEY STILL TRY TO RUN WHICH IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL. THEN I TALKED TO ONE GUY THAT WAS REALLY COOL THERE NAMED *****, HE LET ME CANCEL THE SERVICE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE 199 CANCELATION FEE WHEN EVERYONE ELSE SAID I MUST PAY THAT WHEN I HAVE TRIED MY HARDEST EVEN THE FIRST MONTH TO CANCEL. NOW THEY ARE SAYING I OWE SOME RIDICULOUS AMOUNT PLUS THE CANCELATION FEE. THEY TOLD ME ITS IN THE CONTRACT... OKAY WELL YOU GUYS BREAHED THE CONTRACT ALONG TIME AGO WITH LIES AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NOW THEY WONT EVEN LET ME TALL TO MANAGEMENT ANYMORE AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CALLING ME TO TRY AND COLLECT A FEE I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY EVEN TRIED RUNNING MY CARD WHEN MY SERVICES ARE CANCELED. THIS COMPANY IS JOKE AND INWOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOT A SOUL ON THIS PLANET. If I could do zero stars I would but I at least have to put one and that's more than they deserve
