I've been going to this dentist for years now and it is by far the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life! Most of the time you go you see a different dentist ....you never get to see the same dentist. I've had to redo work a number of times. They literally had to fire one of their dentist because she was being rude and disrespectful to customers. I have seen countless dentists and assistance fly through that place because of the unprofessionalism. Even the last dentist that worked on my mouth was complaining about how the front desk treated her. How they didn't listen to her when she told them they were doing extra work that didn't need to do. BECAREFUL... so many times they would set me up on a payment plan for X amount of dollars. But after the work was done that amount would double or triple without any notice or warning. The only way I found out is because I pay attention to the ledgers. They have had to make numerous adjustments because I paid attention to the ledgers otherwise I would have been billed for way more. **** at the front desk is the most immature and unprofessional individual I have ever met at a dental office. I texted her and asked her if she's going to start taking the payment out on the 15th and she said yes. I looked through my bank account and for the last 5 months she's taking it out on different days. It has only come out once on the day that we had set. Last conversation we had, she wouldn't even let me talk, she kept cutting me off and telling me she was not going to listen to me. I asked her a number of times to stop cutting me off and listen to what I have to say and she just kept telling me no no not listening. She's very rude, very pushy, and her name is all over these reviews. She seems nice at first, but if you say something she doesn't like or you have to cancel an appointment because of an emergency you'll see what I'm talking about. She turns into a whole different person! I can't understand how a company can employ
