I wish I could leave no stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They dont help disasters, they just create more! Every aspect of their "service" was botched. They removed my siding on my whole house before they even ordered the new siding. My house was exposed for 50 days just to get the siding even delivered. The project manager **** was condescending and snarky when I asked questions like, "why is there nails and razor blades in my back yard grass." and " I have water leaking into my basement cause there is not protection on my house!" and once the work was finally complete 4 months later. They are on the spot demanding payment before insurance has even sent. Do yourself a favor and forget these guys.

We appreciate your feedback and welcome it. We would like to advise that the material used to repair your home was a special order.
We did advise you at the time of ordering it, that this can cause delays in the repairs, since we cannot guarantee when the materials will be delivered to us. This is notated on all work authorizations. The material you selected was made to order, it had to be manufactured, and then shipped. Unfortunately we are unable to control these ship dates.
We do have a record of updating you weekly, even if we didn't have an update of the shipping time to give you.
We have a record of you reaching out due to a leak at your home, and had our mitigation team come out to your home. We could not get a response from you when we showed up, so we followed up with a phone call and an email.
During repairs to a home, at times there will be debris and garbage from the packaging of materials used for repair. We try our best to keep this in one area and out of your way until the job is complete.
We understand your frustration in the time it took to get the work completed, we get frustrated too when we cannot meet the needs of our customers due to delays we cannot control.
We invite you to show photos of the finished product and hope that you will reconsider your review due to circumstances explained.Review from Brian L

I would never refer Bull Matrix to anyone! No one employed by Bull Matrix did any of my work, not to say subs are bad, but none of their prior information made me think it would be all sub work. ****, who was the Project Manager was terrible. He didn't follow through on the work and the subs didn't know the job. I never had a schedule of when the workers were going to be at my ******************** didn't come through on the flooring, I'm the one that found the flooring, put in the order and picked it up. During my job **** only came by 4 times and from what I saw he didn't know the work that was supposed to be done is why the subs didn't know the job. After the last day of work done on my house **** or no one else from Bull Matrix checked to see if the work was done and I was happy. There had been some additional costs during the work, the flooring went above the estimate and the transition strips and toe kick. In the end all **** did was add in the additional expenses to the final invoice but he didn't give credit for work that wasn't done. I tried to get them to recognize the work that wasn't done for 2 months and it never got addressed. When he finally rewrote the estimate it still didn't give full credit for the work that wasn't done and an item appeared in the rewritten estimate that wasn't in the original estimate of work that wasn't needed. It took me to finally get in touch with his boss and manager **** to get that credit, after being threatened to be sent to collections or legal action taken against me. I signed the contract with **** on the 20th of October 2022 and I wasn't completely finished with the mess until March 21st 2023 after being told by **** it should take 60 days and would be sooner than that. There wasn't anything that was good during my dealing with Bull Matrix do get my work done. At least ****, ****'s boss and manager came through as someone that addressed my credits and made it right. Most unprofessional company Ive ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Untrained reps running projects that dont know what they are doing. They choose not to listen, push customers to use cheap materials so they can pocket the difference, thoughtless and make dishonest claims to get you to sign with them. One rep came to my home uninvited to yell at my wife for calling out his lies. Yelled at my wife while she was holding our baby. This group hires the lowest of the low. Took 6 months to complete a small flood job. State Farm should never have listed them as a group to call. This group needs extensive training on not only their industry, but basic customer service.
