We contacted the company at the end of March, 2021 because our furnace was no longer working. This company said that our blower was broken and that it would cost $1250 to replace. Since our AC/heater were old, they also recommended that we could have both replaced. We agreed and assumed that they would replace what we had with newer versions of what we had. Instead, they downgraded our furnace from a 2-stage to a 1 stage furnace and the cheapest AC, made in Dec. 2019 without explanation. They have been back 6 times since March. The AC is still not working and all our attempts at communication have been ignored. The final issue was that this contractor did the work without pulling a building permit as required by Utah law. In addition, the technician they sent in to do the installation was not certified to do the work, also against state law. We have requested a refund and removal of equipment 3 times which has been ignored. Their website has been deleted and they only use social media
