I am writing to file a complaint against Membership Guy regarding a significant issue I have encountered with their services. I enrolled in three pre-made memberships and a lifetime enrollment access to a course, for which I have been charged a total of $136 on card ending in 9177. However, despite numerous attempts to contact their support team—two emails, one phone call, and two texts—I have not received any response. It's been two days since the enrollment, and I have yet to receive any confirmation emails or login details. This lack of communication is deeply concerning, especially since charges have already appeared on my bank account for services I have not received. I believe this situation warrants attention from the Better Business Bureau to facilitate a resolution between me and Membership Guy. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter promptly.Business response

Ms. ****** purchased a product from our company on December 24, 2023 (which was Sunday and Christmas Eve). She reached out twice that day. She received a response the day after Christmas, on December 26th. She had difficulty logging into her account because the email she supplied during registration was not her valid email. Her email was corrected in the system on December 26th. She accessed her account and courses and determined it was not a course she wanted to retain. She requested a refund on December 28th. She was reimbursed that day and notified the refund would take 5-10 business days to be processed.
