Started here in early 23, after 2 careless drivers injured me badly in 2 motor vehicle accident. I immediately requested 90 minute or 2 hour medical massages. It took them 6 months to get me on the schedule for that. Even as they hired somebody who we trained for it. I finally got one appt. with her last month. My second appt. was canceled, she injured herself. I tried to reschedule but they said she no longer works there. They offered me a 60 minute session that night that I accepted. I proceeded to tell them via the same text convo they had contacted me on, that I did not want to be forgotten about again. I need the longer medical massages. They had a 90 minute massage that Thursday but failed to offer it to me. Instead they told me that they think I should drive to other locations to accommodate their shortcomings. I told them I would be there that night for the 1 hour, and we could talk about getting on the schedule with somebody else when they hire them. 2 and a 1/2 hours later, I'm still getting harassing texts that are wasting my time from a staff members. First off, what kind of company would continue to text a client for 2 and a 1/2 hours, rather than just calling? When there is clearly a misunderstanding? They proceeded to take everything in my text wrong, and then I get a call from ****, the mngr, who proceeds to tell me I'm rude mean, irate, and yelling. (I guess she's not used to strong, assertive women.) I was not yelling. I was speaking assertively. Incidentally, this company is also aware that I am permanently disabled by the ******************************* **** then canceled my membership and all of my appointments via text, again!. But, then sent me an email showing that I'm still on the schedule even though she said she cancelled those too. I'm sorry, but I wont go where I'm being discriminated on, so her abrupt and uncalled for cancelation was no threat??. Still haven't heard back from the franchise owner. But not giving up.
