Customers beware. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in on May 17th for a recall item.(Mind you, we never had a single issue with our car prior to bringing it in) For the next 6 weeks, each week thereafter, we had to bring the car back because of a new issue. Fixed the issue. New issue. Fixed the issue, new issue. I got the feeling the mechanics created more problems while fixing the original issue - unintentional of course. Young was kind enough to give us a loaner car, (which we paid for several times over) but I would have preferred they fix the problem correctly the first time. From their emotionally void service advisors to their frustratingly slow diagnoses, there are dozens of more qualified auto mechanics in the valley. So customer beware. And if you still decide to patronize them. Dont say I didnt warn you.Update: 20 minutes after picking up my car, a warning light popped up, Service Four Wheel Drive System Seriously???Im not kidding folks. The Young Jeep Service Department is unbelievably incompetent.Review from Lawrence A

There was a recall on our car, we took it in, they supposedly fix the problem, with that the service department gave me a list of several things that were wrong with the car; one of which was change a rear brake light--cost $30.00.. This takes two minutes.We changed the light ourselves. I took the car too a dealer, none of the things Young service department said needed fixed needed anything; all was working properly.They cannot be trusted.Review from Catherine D.

We were sold a supposedly brand new vehicle. When we went to resell the vehicle, we were told by another dealership that it was listed as a lemon. I thought it was illegal to sell a car listed as a lemon as a new car. If you have bought a vehicle them, check the carfax! This dealership is very unethical and crooked as hell!!Review from Maislyn R

DO NOT BUY FROM YOUNG They sold me a lemon of a truck that has had nothing but problems right after the three month warranty expired. They will not do anything to make it right either. *** had the truck just over two years and in that time my transmission failed, my catalytic converters are failing, the computer is faulty and causes the truck not to start in the winter, and a million other things that I cant afford to fix.They also made me pay $300 for LoJack and no matter how many times I called to activate it they would never send me the email or instructions on activating it. I actually spoke directly to the head manager in ****** and he dodged the question and said he would call me back with more info. Of course I never got a call back.Review from SCOTT A

For **************** out there: (please share)Heads up do not do business with Young *****************.We purchased my 2022 Telluride from them and loved the service. I even referred multiple people to them to purchase vehicles from them.Fast forward to now not even 2 years after my purchase and my car becomes immobilized and does not acknowledge the key fobs. My car gets towed to the closest *** ********** where they found that a LoJack gps system Young *** installed is causing my cars system to disrupt and shut my car down. I notified Young *** fully expecting them to step up and help as they always boast about their amazing customer care & my car is on warranty. I was told its not their problem and that this issue wont be covered under any warranty. Even though they installed this into my car. They lost a customer today and I will warn anyone looking to purchase from them from here out as well.Review from James B

BUYER BEWARE - Dont do business here!Brought 2016 ******* Tucson into dealership in July 2023. Service person indicated that it needed a new engine, however it should be covered under warranty. Received a phone call from Maize the first of September that everything was covered and they were just waiting for the new engine to get here. Asked for a loaner because son and daughter were driving it; they have two small boys with a baby being delivered October 2. Dealership insisted that they never have loaner cars available. Dealership gave me an 800 number and told me to call them for a rental. Two weeks later we still dont have a rental so I call the 800 number back. I was told that they are only the intermediary and they cant help me. He escalated my call to National Service. I received a phone call from National and the woman was extremely rude. She told me that they were still waiting on maintenance records from when we bought it through October 2022. Apparently the warranty was not approved and the Young dealership lied to me. The woman from National began to yell at me ad tole me that they never provide rentals or loaners but I could pay for my own. When I explained that we didnt have a car to bring the new baby home, she was unsympathetic.. she just kept demanding that we find our service records.This car has been sitting at the Young ******* dealership for over two months and nothing has been done. Im furious!! We have bought *******s for 23 years. Im done with their poor quality and horrible customer **********************. We had to bring in our Ioniq5 that we purchased in June for a recall. The service tech ******* actually asked my husband if he was going to be nice or not today. What an attitude!! All of the service staff are lazy, rude, and gossip. ******* saw us bring in our car and made us wait 30 minutes because she was flirting and giggling with a male away from the service desk.Review from Dsa S

Purchased a new **** Crossback from Youngs *****. Signed papers noting the vehicle as at 11 miles. ****** for financing from my ************ out of state - one week. All paperwork had been signed. The dealership assured me that they placed a "sold" sign and it was okay to wait for financing. When my son picked up the vehicle one week later the mileage was at 60 miles. Their employees took my sold vehicle "joy" riding and accumulated 50 miles. **** upset as my vehicle was sold to me at 11 miles.Review from Taylor S

READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. Do not buy through Young. Especially Young Dodge in ******. Their sales manager ******** encourages a culture of deception to get deals done. I was lied to by my salesman ******** who knowingly withheld critical information that is resulting in me being stuck with a $4,000 repair after 6 months of effort. Run, do not walk, away from a Young dealership.Review from Ky H

Had a known issue warranty with a ******** they refused to cover it even after getting notice warranty had been extended. Dropped my car off November 13th, they were impossible to communicate with weeks without updates and finally got my car back FEBRUARY 26th. I had to buy ANOTHER car in the meantime. Now my 2017 car ***** a quart of oil every few weeks. Seriously RUN. The car we bought was 100% dealer owned and had regular maintenance done after purchase, they still tried to blame us even though THEY are the only ones who had their hands on the car. Had another dealer with a competitor tell me when that car blows up again bring it to me we will handle it. I ended up calling and getting the approval for the warranty work from the warranty company. I called to speak with the manager about my concerns and received no call back. I called the service manager and didnt return my calls either. Run far away from this company.
