Before signing on, the site said there was a one time $1.25 charge. When I signed on it informed I would be charged $19.95 PER MONTH! This is bait and switch fraud. I am happy to pay the $1.25 once, but no more.Business Response

If you select Accept you agree to be billed at $19.95 per month. This allows you access to 20 reports, report tracking and online chat support. If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the basic report without any further charges. Please read properly.You do not have a monthly subscription, you made a one-time only payment of $1.25 so you will not receive any further charges.

I signed up for a trial offer that I authorized $1.25. I immediately called and canceled my order. Upon reviewing my paper cc statement I noticed this charge of ***** that I had no idea what it was. I then called my cc company and they informed me that I had been charged ***** since December 2023. I contacted Us reports realty an extremely rude person read off a script proceeded with broken English saying that they wouldnt refund me my money back to December 23 only would refund 4 months. I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statements. If discrepancies are found they are expected to get in contact with the company or financial institution for assistance immediately.

I used this organization once for a 1x report and paid $1.25. For the last two months they have tried to charge me $19.95 for what I don’t know. I NEVER agreed to any continuing charges. My Credit Card company has blocked these charges but it requires a new card be issued because of the fraud charges. Very inconvenient for me. This has to stop!!Business Response

I was unwittingly signed up for some subscription with Realty Records US for 19 dollars when all I recall doing was paying a few dollars for a report on my house! I don't know HOW I ended up signing dorm this subscription but I DONT want it. This is most deceptive what these people are doing. I want this subscription canceled NOW.Business Response

On August 19th 2024 I paid $1 for a 1 time report from property ************. On September 21st they charged me $30 for a subscription that I never signed up for. It appears this company has a history of doing this. I would like to make sure the company does not continue to charge me before I replace my card.Business Response
