    I've purchased from Treasury Vault several times over the last year and I've had nothing but excellent service. I received everything on time except for one package but that was due to ***** running into bad weather. I highly recommend purchasing your all of your foreign currency through them.

    Placed an order for foreign currency on 29 Dec 24 a Sunday. Paid for overnight shipping $42 in hopes order would be processed on 30 Dec /Mon (business day) or 31 Dec / Tues (business day). Mind you this was an instate order. Shipping is less than 100 miles away and their website says they ship FAST.30 Dec 24: Business day, Order received / processing 31 Dec 24: Business day, Order still processing 1 Jan 25 / Wed: Closed for holiday 2 Jan 25 / Thursday: Business day, order still processing 3 Jan 25 / Friday: Business day, order still processing 6 Jan 25 / Monday: Business day, order still processing Called and office manager said it should go out today. SHOULD, not will. Offered zero compensation or any type of refund for overnight shipping for an order placed 8 calendar days / FIVE business days ago. Office Manager reiterated there was a holiday, they didnt ship anything out on 31 Dec (which was NOT on their website) and when onto say they have been busy. Also, said their website says it takes 2-3 business days to process. That information was listed, but not obvious and its been FIVE business days so it was a mute point on her part. Manager added they have had alot of orders and they were busy. Still did NOT offer any concrete date of when my order would actually be shipped. Just a SHOULD ******* direct comparison Placed a smaller order, but same foreign currency on 30 Dec 24 to xchangeofamerica in *******. Order shipped 31 Dec 24 and received on Friday, 3 Jan 25. They were also closed for the same holiday (1 Jan 25) and had zero problems fulfilling/shipping their orders as agreed upon. Paid $20 for two day shipping.This is my SECOND time having this issue with TREASURYVAULT. Placed an order in 2023, but was giving them another chance in hopes they have improved their processes. It appears they have NOT and their customer service is atrocious. Never again.

    Ive been ordering multiple times from this company ever since 2017 at least 7-8 times I always received my orders and on time and great customer service. Yes the charge extra fee but its worth it and I dont have a problem because its secure and fast shipping after its been processed. The process is the only thing that consumes lil time but again Im fine with it because they know a lot of information about any products they have. Its a legit company and never had a problem. The small problem I did had it wasnt them it was the bank I was banking with then I switched banks and that problem stopped. I had unauthorized transactions happen. But again it wasnt them but I had that happed again when I used my debt card at the gas pump. So if u had or have an issue, just make sure u look into u thoroughly. I have order more since then and will continue too. Oh for the record the foreign currency is legit too just like the company.. I will recommend this company to anyone. I still have my certificate for my currency to show its authentic and I even took it too my new bank and they said that all I need and I dont have to have the receipt. I did purchase from some other company but *** stopped because Treasury Vult have spoiled me the that Certificate lol From your customer ***** *.

    attempted to purchase Iraqi Dinar and selected cedit card as payment type.transaction was declined thankfully becuase Treasury Vault ran it as a cash advance and it exceeded my limit. they charge you 4 or 6% extra for credit card transaction and yet they get it as cash? i dont think so. I got lucky on this one and would suggest everyone to research before you buy anywhere.

    I have worked with Treasury Vault for years and have also referred others to them because of their great reputation through my direct experience. I've always gotten my order on time, in a seamless manner and perfect to order. Signature is required upon delivery now which I appreciate. I am super happy with their products and services.     do NOT order from this company ,,, they never sent the order to the po, a substantial order and told me to do the research as to what happened,,,, i make have to take legal action against them

    I also suspect this is a scam company? It has been 4 working days and it has not been shipped yet. Just telling me We will not know when this order is shipping, until the day it ships. You are locked into this order and guaranteed the currency. We will be sure to email you a tracking number once your order is complete.
