    The following is the last communication with the vendor Enzymesuperstore: March 28, 2024 To The Enzyme Superstore. I placed an order for LipiCept on March 13, 2024. I received an email confirmation of my order. The ID is 14810145 per your only contact with me at the time of the order. You have charged my credit card. I have not received any updates from you concerning this order. I placed a call to your helpful staff at ###-###-#### on Saturday, March 23, 2024. The call went immediately to voice mail as “all representatives were busy”. I left a voice mail at that time. After no contact on your part, on Monday, March 25, 2024 I attempted contact via the email address that you acknowledge my order on, ****************************. There was no reply from you. On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, I again called your 888 phone number. Again, it went immediately to voice mail, whereupon, I left my second voice mail. Still no reply. Later that same day, March 26, 2024, I attempted to contact you by using the little “? HELP” selection on your webpage. I found it opened a dialog window stating “No agents are currently available but leave us a message so we can get your question answered right away.” requesting my name, my email address, and my message to you. Of which I input the information requested. Still no reply. On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, I used your “? HELP” selection in another attempt to communicate with you. Today is Thursday, March 28, 2024. 15 days since I placed my order. And there has been no contact from you. I have not received my order. At this time, please cancel my order and reimburse my credit card for all charges. Also, you are NOT authorized to use my credit card number for any purposes. Please notify me of your actions when this order is canceled and the steps you are taking to reimburse my credit card.

    On Nov. 6, 2023 I ordered some products from Tiger Health LLC. What I ordered was a 6-month supply of an enzyme called Floracor-GI. The Order ID was : ********. When I still had not received my order after more than 3 weeks, I reached out to the company to ask for updated tracking information. Tiger Health LLC responded promptly, saying they would check into the issue and get back to me. They did not get back to me, but I finally received my order on Dec. 13, 2023. However, the 6-month supply of enzymes I had ordered all had an expiry date of February 2024. I reached out to Tiger Health LLC again, letting them know that I had received the package, but that the enzymes would be expiring too soon, and I would like a return authorization to return them, as I would not be able to use them before expiry due to the extremely long shipping time and the very short time to the expiry of the product I received. Tiger Health LLC did not reply to my concern regarding the expiry date of the enzymes, nor did they reply to my return authorization request. To make matters worse, the expiry dates on the bottles were obscured with stickers. (See photos.) When I have purchased this same product from a different company in the past, the expiry date is 1 year in the future, NOT 2 months. I finally started using the 1 bottle of enzymes that I would be able to use before the expiry date of February 2024. However, I would like to return the other bottles and be refunded for them. Even if Tiger Health LLC had shipped the product in a more timely manner, the expiry date would still have be sooner than the serving size of the bottle. This is a poor business practice. The other company I ordered from before had the same product with an expiry date of 1 year. I would like my money refunded. It is also disappointing that when I reached out to explain the situation and asked for a return authorization, I never received any reply from Tiger Health LLC whatsoever. That was 3 weeks ago.
