CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
Orders, including Autoship orders, may be canceled for a 100% refund, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Orders that have already entered the packing and shipping process will not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Policy:
Products may be returned by Associates within ten (10) days (thirty (30) days for Customers) after the products were delivered for a 100% refund, less shipping and handling costs and a 15% Cancellation Fee. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) issued from Tranont. Associates and Customers are responsible for the costs of returning product to Tranont within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the RMA, or the product will not be eligible for return. Associates who have been enrolled for less than thirty (30) days may return products for a 100% refund, less shipping and handling costs. Final Sale, Seasonal, or Special Promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Tranont monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.Please contact customer support at [email protected]
