Not a real 911. But what if ??. Safe streets is absolutely a mess and customer support is horrible because they do not pickup or call to check in worst do not answer a phone. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED THROUGH OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION (do not do it) I NEED THE OWNER TO FIX THESE ISSUES. Do not do business with Safestreets ADT in the ******* AREA. Wan

Safestreets has earned 5 stars, just on the fact that there is extensive training available for every position in this company. Smart Security Pros are just that. Looking through these one star reviews hurts to see. This company has hundreds if not thousands of videos, and articles as a virtual training.Safe Streets USA, LLC

This has been a horrible experience. They offer a free service with new construction homes. I changed my internet provider and just needed to re-connect. The technician gives you 1 shot to troubleshoot if it doesnt work then they connect you to another agent (without warning) who then says we have to send someone out for $****** I decided to fix it myself! I am now connected to another homes doorbell. How Safe is that??. I am going to uninstall it but that should not even be possible that means someone could do the same to my home. I am very technically challenged so I should not be able to simply hack someone elses doorbell.Safe Streets USA, LLC

Hello, unfortunately reconnecting cameras after they disconnect due to you changing your internet is not covered under the system's warranty. Usually our technical support team can fix these issues over the phone, but if they are unable to we recommend sending a technician out to assist. Additionally, your doorbell cannot be accessed by anyone else unless it has not been set up for the first time. 1 starDo not do business with them. The salesman will scam you will discounts that dont exist. They installed an upgraded panel without my consent and then charge an extra $100 for 2 more inches. Safe streets is absolutely horrible- ****** and ******* provided support to my account. They sent my account to collections for the amount of ****** and the collection bureaus wanted me to pay *******. I asked to speak to a supervisor, to which there was none. They are a small business and I signed up for their service for that reason. I attempted to pay the balance in full to no avail. Do not do business with Safestreets ADTSafe Streets USA, LLC

You can't cancel "anytime" like they say you can and if you try they charge you $2000. I'm locked in they say and all because I believed the salesman And his pitch about getting advertising out. He lied 100% and even paid the activation fee himself to get the service started after saying "you can cancel anytime at no charge just send the equipment back." Now I'm stuck and my system is not even working and I'm being charged monthly for something that just chimes when doors open and getting behind. I'm so sad and so angry and so dissatisfied. I am mad that safe streets lies so blatantly to get you into a signature that basically costs $2000 after you sign.Safe Streets USA, LLC

Hello, we're sorry to hear there was confusion regarding our cancellation policy. Every customer is given a 3 day right of rescission period that is outlined in the contract they sign at the time of installation. This agreement must be signed or the account is not installed. If any customer chooses to cancel outside of their 3 day window, they are subject to the penalties outlined in their agreement.Review fromMichael D

1 starI was a technician for Safestreets *** hadnt been there long and have been in the industry 12 years. Do not do business with this company, I quit recently because they prey on the elderly and less fortunate. We are told in the field that if we do not push sales we are fired, they dont just push a few hundred dollars either. We are threatened with unemployment if we do not run their play which is adding a bunch of equipment to a list that totals $10,000 or more then go down from there until the customer agrees to add the equipment. The management wants to push oh we are saving lives they arent saving anything but themselves from being poor. They dont care about the customers they claim they do, I bet anyone in here has the same experience, first 3 days of you having the system every question or concern is addressed without issue then after that you get no help, its how they do business. They hide behind the podium and trust pilot ratings but dont tell customers that we as techs are required to force the customer to do those ratings before we leave and you guessed it we are fired if we dont. The company is a scam and honestly dont see how they are still allowed to conduct business. Just sad this is a company that claims they want techs with integrity and morals but have none themselves. Do yourselves a favor and go with a self monitoring system. Traditional companies will rob you blind because traditional companies are a thing of the past, its not hard to install a cameras the way they do. Dont let them get you with the professional install line. Anyone with a brain can run 3-4 wires and hit a add button.Review fromJuan P

And i recently had a technical issue with one of my 3 camaras, i call it in and report it, we did a trouble shooter over the phone and the operator decided to send a technically over, a week later the technician came and fixed my issue, he left and came back 15 min later and saying the i need it pay $63.13 for the service, wich the operator didn't mention anything about it, after a few minutes i decided to pay it but not happy about it. I call in and complain about it and they said there's nothing they can do, so I'm here telling who read this post to stay away from this company or always ask for hidden changes and record the conversation if possible. Safe street scammed me into signing a 36 month contract. Sales person said they wanted free advertisement by installing an ADT security system. They told us the cameras and installation was free. Hello, the contract you signed includes all the terms regarding the service you would be receiving, including the monthly rate and the length, and your signature on that contract is required on the day of your installation.
