1 starDo not use this company. It’s a complete scam. Every word they said was a lie. The salesmen only last about a month because they quit once they figure out the whole thing is a scam. I talked to my salesman after all was said & done. He apologized for selling us the product but he didn’t know at the time that he was scamming us. He thought it was legit. The solar panels don’t work no where near as well as they said they would & the free qualifying months is a complete scam they don’t pay itReview fromMichael P

1 starIt is a shame I have to even give them one star. As with most of the other reviews I had an initial good meeting with the sales person. They walked us through the process and they helped us setup everything for the solar home loans. Then they walked us through each step which was great. They came and installed the panels and installed an upgraded electrical panel so that the solar would work. That was good although they could have avoided some of that if they had come in and inspected our setup before doing the work. After they installed it they sent an email stating that we needed to release the funds to move forward and get everything turned on. We released the funds before things were turned on since everything had been smooth up to that point. Once we released the funds that is when they no longer cared about us. We had our solar panels installed at some point in May and it wasn't until the end of July did we get them to come and turn it on. During that time we tried the instructions to turn on the system and had to call them on a weekly basis. They would give us the runaround and even once scheduled a tech to come and they never showed up. Finally we got it working (although how well we still don't know). Now we need paperwork from them to receive our loan and multiple emails and calls and we still don't have them. This company is as close to a scam as I have ever seen here in ******. Yes we have panels but we wasted most of the summer trying to get them to turn them on and if there is an issue with them clearly it will be almost impossible to get them out here to fix the issue. Not to mention now ****** reviews no longer show up for them which is never a good sign. At this point my only hope is that we have no issues with them in the future and that no one else is scammed by them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!Review fromDavinis N

1 starFluent solar is unreliable, wont even answer your calls in case there is a problem. As far as I am concerned, they should not even be in business. They are a fraudulent company. I am saying this from my experience with them. My house was built in 2019. This company convinced us to use them for solar and unfortunately we accepted. They installed the panel and had to adjust it. This resulted in our roof leaking when ever it rains. They had promised to take care of everything. We never knew they were liars. We have called them over and over again. Either no responses, false promises, liars and so on.. The water leaking into our house has damaged part of our ceiling. The worst is that our fire alarm is going off without cause because of the water. We called them again today only to told they dont service our area anymore. They are arrogant, no remorse and they dont care. Please dont hire them. Dont let what happened to me to happen to you.Review fromLinda D.

1 starI leave no stars. The initial contact was fantastic. The presentation was great. After we committed to a contract the bottom fell out. Problems getting panels installed almost a year, while the payments were being taken out. Problems with reaching people. Problem with canceling contract due to unreliable and unprofessional conduct. The panels were installed and are finally up and running. When the power goes out we have no power, because our utility company (whom we were told would no longer be involved) is storing our solar power, because we were not told that we need a until to store our own power- like a generator. We experience hail damage to our roof and need assistance from them and NOW we are hearing that the company has gone out of business and we are still making payments. We need a good attorney.Review fromJoe D

1 starMy Fluent system was installed in Feb 2023 and worked for 1 year untill the inverter failed ! The inverter was repaired by a Fluent contractor who informed me the two string (lines) going to my inverter was over their max allowable kw ! The contractor said I would need a couple more strings going to the inverter ! This was the reason why the inverter failed after one year of service ! I finally after many attempts was able to talk with some one from Fluent who said they would take care of the matter because of our warranty ! No one has come or contacted me since ! I have since then found out they went bankrupt which leaves all Fluent customers in a bad situation and no warranty service ! Graham Wood is the owner of Fluent Solar and I also read that he owns other business! I want to make people aware of what happen and not to do business with Graham Wood owned businesses !Review fromLaura B

1 starBrutal is an under statement. I cancelled my agreement with financing in place, they refused to return any money and wanted more in order to return money to the financing company. I'm reporting them as a fraud.Review fromJoe R

1 starIn February 2023, Fluent Solar put solar panels on my roof. During the process they were great. They took care on all the permits and I started generating electricity at the end of February 2023. A little over a year, April 15, 2024 my system went down and it was determined my inverter ( one year old) failed. I called Fluent, they confirmed and said a part would be sent out and a contractor would contact me to replace. It took about a month, but the inverter was replaced. During the inverter replacement, the contractor informed me I only had two strings going to my inverter . One string was max out while the other string was over the allowable maximum , I was told this could be a reason why by inverter failed. Seem to me to be a design issue with the system which was installed by Fluent. I would not have known this was an issue if the inverter did not fail. I called fluent and got the run around for about a month. Then, I talked to someone who said that they would take care of it and someone would call me. After two weeks when I received no phone call, I called back and found out they were out of business. No one called the customers or informed me who would support the 25 year warranty they gave me. I am upset, and feel I have been taken. Therefore, if anyone out there is approached by a fluent salesperson, run ! Fluent is also in ****** so be careful as well.Review fromStacy C

1 starEverything they said was lies!! Suppose to reimburse my payment for 18 months.... it was always late.. now they are 4 months behind which is$660. My panels don't create enough to sustain my house. Contact says they have to product 85% to be good. They don't even produce 50%. A service tech was supposedly coming out to evaluate. No one showed. Now I'm hearing they're out of business??? Seriously the WORST experience EVEERRRReview fromStephen C

1 starLiars and Conmen. They canceled payment on a check to us that was dated 4/30/24. On the check it says valid for 90 days. It went to a neighbors house and they sent it back to the post office. We deposited the check June 7. Our bank took it without a question. Fluent Solar denied payment on it. That was the last check we got from them. We are supposed to get $188 a month for 18 months. I called **************** 15 times. They never had an excuse. They just said that is their accounting department and they do not accept customer calls. Now every call goes to voice mail which says the mailbox is full, and our paperless contracts have disappeared. I'm pretty sure they are no longer in business, and we are screwed
