    I've been going to this specific location for now about 3 weeks and I've had multiple times where the associates working here gave me an attitude and laughed at me for asking for help. Here's what happened last time, the guest that I brought that wanted to try this location out both got an attitude from the manager during yesterday Tuesday February 25, 2025 at around 8-9am. We were done working out and both of us wanted to use the massage chairs, but when we went to ask about how to use the chairs, one of the associates said "First of all to sign up you need to go over there.." she was pointing to her right and our left. And then her manager heard it and approached us to ask for my name, knowing when management has access to cancel membership, there's MULTIPLE complaints on ****** review about the attitude, multiple people have complained about their attitudes yet it's still going on? And than after we signed up it didn't program to the chairs so we decided to leave, as we left the manager left the front desk and walked up to us and gave us a huge attitude about how we didn't do it right, so we made the statement that we're leaving, she got mad and told us to leave and she'll take care of it. I thought she was going to correct her associates but instead she cancelled my top tier membership which I'm very upset and saddened about. Now I have no place to workout because the workers and manager on duty gave me the attitude?! Ugh this is going on and on and we need someone to take this down and make it right when us consumers deserve the right to state our experiences.

    Mr. ******** has a Planet Fitness membership out of *************. He is not a member with Logan ****. He has been coming to Logan and checking in with a guest. On Saturday 2/22/2025 Mr. ******** became belligerent with two members that were working out on the strength floor. Two of my staff asked a couple of members to keep an eye on him because he seemed to be out of control and they were contemplating calling the police. When he was confronted by the staff he left the building in a rage and his guest started with the apologies. Stating he was new to recovering and having a very hard time. Now move to Tuesday, 2/25/2025. Mr. ******* came out of the black card spa and confronted me (Manager) with extremely harsh words telling me he had been sitting on the chair for several F****** minutes and it was b******* that the chair did not start. I did tell him how to sign up on the computer. I explained that the chairs will not start on their own that all massages must be scheduled. He kept on yelling at me... flailing his arms, and pushing his chest towards me. I asked him to leave. Again his guest was apologizing. After he left he called and reamed my staff on what a piece of **** I was. At that point I called his home gym in ** and asked if they had ever had problems with him. They stated they had no idea who he was. He had signed up on line using having their gym as his home gym but he had never actually checked in. After explaining my concerns for my staff, my members, and even myself, they stated they would cancel his membership. So that is what he did. After talking with the local police department, Mr. ******* was wanted in another Utah county for a violent beating on a re-hap counselor. So I gave all the information I had to the local police department. Mr. ******* has not come back in but he continued to call yesterday 2/26/2025 harassing my staff. Bottom line. He is not welcome here, we will not allow anyone with such violent tendencies. Member statements have been collected and given to the proper agencies.*****

    Terrible planet fitness location. My wife and I have had a black card membership here for many months and weve attended probably only 10 times in that entire period. We havent attended in a while, so I assumed we had cancelled our original membership when I went in the other day to sign up for another one. To double check, I even asked the girl who was signing me up if we had an outstanding membership, and she told me she couldnt see one. I ended up signing up for a membership for myself and it cost $50+ for the sign up fee. When I got home, my wife told me our original account had never been cancelled, and weve been paying monthly for 8 months without attending (our fault). So, I went in to cancel the membership I had just created and to get refunded. The manager told me right off the bat after I told her my story that I wouldnt be able to get refunded. When I asked her why, she told me it was because I willingly signed up and that it was my fault. When I told her about the girl who signed me up and said that I didnt have an outstanding account, she accused me of making that up. After I demanded answers for why she wouldnt refund me, she said it was for my attitude - (persistence more like it), and that both of our accounts were now cancelled and we couldnt return to the location. Seriously?! When I questioned her further, she said that me being on the premises was trespassing and if I didnt leave shed call the cops for trespassing. The management here is ridiculous and VERY unprofessional. Little honest mistakes (even if its on their part) will result in you being penalized.
