  Absolutely the worst company to go through! They like to cheat you out of your money and they make up numbers about what you owe but do not show you any proof of what you owe just a statement. They harass you and they are absolutely not easy to work with nor do they allow you to work with them. They are by far the worst company. No one will work with them and they have a really bad reputation for lying and scamming people. I wish I wouldnt have needed the car. Because I wouldnt be in this mess.

  Their customer service is horrible. They don't seem to resolve issues that they create. They have for weeks messaged my phone saying that my insurance has expired. Our insurance agent sent to Avid twice and my wife sent it once, but they continue to message me about it. When I call I always get put on hold for several minutes and then I am told that there is no one in the insurance department to answer but they will ask for a call back for me. It never comes. When I asked for someone in charge that can help me I was told by the person that she did not know that was. I don't understand why the keep harassing me about this. It is not my problem, it is theirs. I am unable to find anyone on the phone or by email that can simply rectify the situation.

  This is a company built around highway robbery, not advocating for the customer, and they simply boil down to only wanting your money. My old car, a 2018 ******* Elantra GT, was affected by the Kia/******* ***** ring, and while it was recovered, it also had to deal with a nasty recall that made the thing close to not drivable. It's bad enough I have to deal with ******* for having one of the worst cars I ever bought, but because I didn't want to deal with the thing anymore because of how awful it was, I chose to give it back to them and be done with it. Well, months later, they still want their money out of me for a shoddy car, and now my wages are being garnished because of it. I want to proceed with my own legal counter against them because of this, and I'm currently looking into how I can. This has wrecked me financially, despite them claiming that they "put people first" which is, of course, a bald-faced lie. I honestly think this "finance company" needs to be investigated as they clearly take advantage of people who have fallen on hard times. If you're being saddled into going with these "people" to finance a car, decline immediately. You will regret it when something happens to your car suddenly (like *****, for example).

  I fell on hard times and they literally said you either pay today or we started the repossession process, I said I cant but I can pay it Friday. I got to looking at $1,833 of it is interest and late fees!!! I have been paying something every month! Now I have tried calling today and it says you have reached us outside our normal business hours! They block you from making payments on your own account if you are late. I have tried called both numbers and no answer!! I do not know what to do!!! Can anyone help!?!?

  Worst company ever, there moto on the website is to "put you first", but they don't. I've been through a hardship like no other and I know others would understand. They will call you 2 to 3 times a day and emails threatening to repo the vehicle. We finally get good Karma and I told them I was gonna make the back payment and 2 weeks after that I will make payments to be back on track while getting our lives back on track and no that's not good enough. They are rude they won't work with you at all. Please don't go with this company.

  If I could give a zero star review I would. My wife unfortunately had to deal with this company to get her vehicle in 2021 and it has been nothing but headaches from the beginning. There has been zero missed payments, and within 9 days of being over the due date, mind you we never got a call about the payment not going through the bank, they showed up on day 9 to tow her vehicle and then it took $2,800 to get it back. Which we had to make a payment, next months payment, $500 recovery fee, and another $500 storage fee. Then we were left with another $1,000 random fee that they could not tell us what it was for since the usual payment is only around $400.Bottom line, they are nothing but after your money and DO NOT make an attempt to call you before anything happens. DO NOT USE!

  This is the worst business I have ever worked with, they will not work with you at all, I hope this business goes out of business, because they are doing people wrong and they add a lot of fees

  I would not recommend this company for an auto loan to anyone. This company employees are very rude, they call a million times in one day, they are very disrespectful and most of all they do not know how to treat their customers. They ask questions about your personal life and make statements like ''well I suggest you borrow some money from a family member''. Avid acceptance is not a good company to do business with and I regret that I am doing business with them.

  Was in a an awful situation and needed a car with bad credit. Enter these people. I turned the car over several years ago, and just started getting harassed for repayment of $30k +! The car itself was trash from the moment I got it. I will be contacting my attorney if this harassment continues. Horrible company that thrives on predatory practices which exploit people in desperate situations. Makes sense that theyre based in GOP-led ****. Horrific.
