They have the parts, then they don’t have the parts, then tell you it’s now on back order!!! And in my case, 8 months later I received the part only to find out I had to order 4 screws that are sold separately. I ordered them 01/10/2025! Order still processing!!! ????????????????????? I will only order from them if it’s the last resort!!! Now I’m seeing this is exactly what they do their customers!!! I’m filling this to make others aware!!!Business Response

Last December (2023) an order was placed in my name with *****************. It was for a coffee filter basket -- I wouldn't have ordered this as I'd bought a new coffee maker two months before. I was notified a week ago that my (11 month old) order was being shipped! I have tried numerous times to stop that action to no avail. When the package was delivered yesterday I refused it... but it was redelivered today.eReplacements will not accept a return for this item. A couple of months ago I called ******************** for a cieling vent motor. they sent me a motor not even close to what i asked for. I called for a replacement. They sent me a postal paper which was fake according to the ************ i called them again and was told another postal paper was on its way . Ive recieved nothing. Ordered parts, paid for 2-3 day shipping, after 9 days I called customer service, they said that one of the 6 parts I ordered is not in stock so they haven’t shipped the order. I asked why they didn’t inform me, they said they sent an email, …definitely no email in my inbox aside from order confirmation. The only options were for me to cancel the entire order, wait until the other parts came in (which they said could take weeks), or cancel the parts that they didn’t have in stock and I would have to pay for shipping on them separately when they received them. I said that sucks that the customer gets burned, paid for 2-3 day shipping, no notification, and the only option is for me to pay for shipping twice, or cancel the whole order that I have not received in 9 days. Customer service said “I’m sorry you feel that way”. The fact that the business took my money that paid for expedited shipping, did not inform me that the parts were not in stock pre or post order, and then said I’ll have to pay for shipping AGAIN because they didn’t have the product and service that I paid for already; that’s bad business. on 8/21/24 ordered replacement parts for a Weber Grill. They did not fit correctly, so I initiated a return. The link to get my prepaid shipping label did not work, so I called the company and they stated they would send me a new one, but it might take a few hours for it to arrive in my email. It never came. I tried emailing, no response, I called again on 9/23/24 asking for the return label, they said it would be in my email within 2 hours. Never came. Called on 9/24/24, and was told it could take 24 hrs. Its been plenty of time. I just want to return this part (not on MY dime) so that I might hopefully get a refund!!!Business Response

I ordered a deflector shield for my mower. order number ********. I decided I did not not need the shield and I have been trying to return it. I never opened the box. The return policy says customers could return for any reason; so I tried to initiate the online return and receive a RMA number and label. The site stated an error occurred and did not give me a number. The instructions were to call customer **********************. I have called 4 times to get a simple RMA number and label to return the product. I get the worst run around you can imagine with every call only stating we will email. I asked to stay on the phone to see if I received the email and never did. This is the worst customer ********************** for something so simple. I resulted to pleading with the rep to just simply let me know if the company is fraudulent to stop wasting my time. I'm simply trying to return a unused product I no longer need.Business Response

Order number: ********, part number: 753-06720. I received the part and it was the wrong part of which that was my fault. Called and requested to return and the company sent me a return label for FedX. (Tracking ID: ************* and informed me $6.25 would be deducted and the balance would be credited back to my account.They received the item back on March 7, 2024. I called and was told normally 10 business days.April 7, 2024 will be a month and I have yet to see a credit back to my credit card.
