I ordered parts for a leaf blower. Says it would ship in seven days. Past that now and still shows "processing". I tried to call multiple times with a recording saying the call volume bla bla bla. No return call. I sent an email with no reply yet. Took money immediately from credit card. It's probably on back order but no information online or by customer **********************. Don't order from here. I ordered an oil pump for my chainsaw and it was wrong. So then I called and gave them my model number and again the wrong oil pump after emailing them picture of my current oil pump with model number and once again wrong pump. So when I called back to tell them the new representative just wasn't having sending me an email to take care of it. Don't waste your time. How in the world do you send again the wrong part with the model and picture of my chainsaw. Good lord !!!!!eReplacementparts.com, LLC

We have canceled an order with eReplacementParts.com three times in a row due to their wildly inaccurate lead times. Their website suggests parts are readily available, but in reality, they are back-ordered indefinitely with no clear updates.Each time we followed up, we received the same generic response blaming the manufacturer and offering no concrete timeline. Meanwhile, we sourced the same parts from another supplier and received them without issue and within a normal timeframe.A business that cannot provide accurate inventory information or realistic lead times is not one we can rely on. We will no longer be working with them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for parts.eReplacementparts.com, LLC

Horrible customer ********************** personal. Tried to explain after purchase. I haven't received my package. Tried to talk with a customer ********************** lady. She was not pleasant at all. She knew only what she was suppose to say! Which was absolutely know help to me! *********** is to blame for shipping but the place of business is the one to be accountable to make sure my purchase is received. She made excuse after excuse. I ordered a part for our leaf blower in November 2024 and still have not received it 2 months later. They took the money immediately. After contacting them several times I get the same reply According to our information, your part is on factory back order from the manufacturer with no ***. Parts are shipped to us at the discretion of the manufacturer and we have no control over the time it takes for them to arrive. Please understand that we do the best we can to keep you updated on the status of your order and will continue to do so throughout the order process. This company is very ominous, as it offers reasonable solutions, IT SEEMS, for hard to find replacement parts for our Gadgetry, Electronics, and Home Appliances. Alas, but is very obscure, takes the payment first with NO FOLLOW-UP or Product, just a "Processing" note in the Order. I want to say perhaps they are as busy as their bogus "Please Hold, We are Experiencing a High Call Volume" on their 800 Toll Free number. Really poor customer **********************. Ordered a replacement blender jar - simple enough. Received some sort of huge round seal, so not even close to what I ordered. No huge deal - stuff happens. Called the customer ********************** number to get the correct item shipped. If only it was that easy. Since the order is already closed in their system, they can't just ship the right item. I'd have to order it and pay them again, then hope they ship the right thing this time. And.....it gets better......Apparently, I have to wait out some sort of 30-day "warehouse review" period, where I have to keep the wrong item they shipped and they will determine whether they want it back, in which case they will send me a return label. Otherwise, they'll let me know I can just dispose of it. Oh, and the refund doesn't happen until the end of the "warehouse review". So, they just shipped me the wrong thing, and get to hold my money hostage for a month without making it right. Awesome. The good news is that since I didn't want to send them any more money, I went to my garage and figured out a way to make the old jar work. I ordered parts for a B&D Chainsaw, email disappeared from inbox, received many junk emails from company after 2 months I contacted them and they said they cancelled order due to they could not get SOME parts, I said why did you not break order into parts you have, parts on back order and only cancel parts you can no longer get and update your database... duh Then I reordered the parts they have and back order, email disappeared again from inbox, more spam emails, and after a month still no order, or sorry email, or anything, They do seem to refund my money ok but I'd rather fix my Chainsaw!
