    I purchased a pair of boots on Dec 13, 2024 from Lonestar Boots. I gave them to my son on Christmas and they were too big. After numerous attempts to contact the boot company, they finally sent me a return authorization number on Jan 2nd. I mailed the boots back for a refund on Jan 3rd. The owner of the store (*** ****) signed for the boots on January 11th showing that they had received them. After many attempts (phone calls, text messages and emails), no one from this company will answer the phone or respond. I have not received a refund.

    With and return number from the store I returned a pair of boots that were the wrong; size unworn and in the original packaging. I have USPS tracking that proves they were delivered back to the store. I have heard nothing from the store. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I have tried calling several times but they don't answer the phone. Now they have my money and the brand new boots to resell. Something should really be done about this store.

    Guy took my order in 2001 and assured me I would get my boots in 3-4 months. Very good con man. Kept telling me the boots were not be produced at the time but any day they would be and he would keep me up to date. Then stopped taking my calls. Lonestar Boots took my money and never delivered my boots

    I ordered a pair of boots from Lonestar in late January. I talked to Guy in February when he sent an email that said the boots were on backorder and did I still want them. (Should have sensed a red flag here) He said he was sure they would be shipped in about 3 or 4 weeks. I was okay with this. He also said to wait until May and he could still refund my money. I believed him like a fool. I started trying to call when they did not arrive in two months and no answer. No response to emails either. There are several complaints on his website. How do you let someone like this keep taking money from people and not delivering anything.

    on 4/5/23 placed an order for a pr of Laredo boots.by return E mail, Guy, the supposed owner, said the Laredo were no longer available, offered me a similiar boot from the Justin Company at same price. I agreed, paid by credit card, was told it might be a couple of weeks before shipped. The excuse was that Justin was moving their shipping facility. Have sent e mails for 3 weeks, requesting a tracking number, no reply has ever been given. Looking at recent cases, it appears to be a pattern of behavior with Lone Star, take the customer's money, then hide. as of today my credit card company is handling the matter. I myself have sold mail order for 40 years, and find no excuse for this kind of nonsense. My orders always shipped within 3 days max, still do.

    1/14/2022 Order #: ***** I ordered two pair of boots on this date. I was received one pair of the boots but was told the other was on back order due to Covid and would be filled in March or April 2022. I haved called two time where I talked to the owner and was told that Justin Boot Company had not started the remake process. I have called 3 times and got no answer or returned call as they stated they would. I have sent 3 emails that I have received no response to. I talked to the Justin Boot Company and they stated that they had not done any remakes since October 2020 and are not making any at the present. I want my money refunded to me plus interest for the time I have waited with no satisfaction. The price of the order for the missing boots is $479.96 and I feel that $565.00 would be ample to cover my time an interest costs on my credit card. My order number is *****.

    Durning the Pandemic we had ordered a pair of Boots from Lonestar Boot Store that were back ordered supposedly into the Spring 2021. We have reached out several times with them stating they are still back ordered. We have been charged for these boots, but have received no product. We would like a refund!
