Date: 08/21/2022 Ordered pizza from Dominoes online around 6 pm and I realized that I was not receiving any text mess***s on the progress so I tried calling The local numbers associated with the store and was on hold for over 16 minutes. The third number I called had a recording that stated my order came out of the oven at 6:46, I was on my way to the Dominoes store the number belonged to on **** * **********, where I was told that my order would be out of the North Ogden Store so I returned home. As I arrived the Dominoes driver was walking to his car and my husband was standing at the end of the driveway writing down the license plate number of his vehicle. I called out to the driver stating that I wanted to talk to him, but he ignored me. He jumped in his car and sped off erratically. When I checked the order it was not what I had ordered, it was a Hawaiian pizza and chicken wings and I ordered the Meatssa pizza and the garlic breadstick with cheese dip. So I got in my car to drive to the location of the store while calling and at the same time the driver called me. I proceeded to explain what happened and he stated that my husband was aggressive when he arrived and that they always believe the delivery person and then hung up on me. My husband had calmly asked for his manager's number and he had turned and ran to his car. However, when we arrived at the store it was closed and so I tried calling the number from the call I had received and got a message that stated "If I didn't answer, it's because I hate you!" So I tried it again with the same response. I returned home extremely upset and later tried the number from the caller again and a boy answered so I asked if his name was Douglas C*** and he said "No, I have the wrong number", and then I asked if he was a delivery driver for Dominos and he said, No. so I hung up. My order came to $23.39 (Order # ******) and the order I received came to $15.55 (Order #******).
