I reserved transportation in ************, the ***************** service asked me to communicate with them thru What's App. I had trouble finding the driver & kept texting him to help me. I started getting multiple texts & calls from different phone #s all coming at me at one time. The main problem was in translation. They had a thick middle eastern accent so I barely could understand them over the ************ barely spoke English! I kept asking where in the airport to find them, they kept asking me where I was. I answered all their questions but still couldn't find them. I even asked them to pick up my friend at the other terminal so she can help the driver get to me (she was not too far away) they said NO. In the end, we never were picked up at the airport. 1 last text - driver said I was playing a game w/him. He also texted me to cancel the ****************** will give a refund. I have the text! Company never issued a refund. A week later I tried to use the return trip to the airport but I had to change the pick-up time to an hour earlier @ hotel. I called them, they said no because I didn't inform them 24 hrs in advance. I told them I would have to get a taxi then. The driver ended up calling me at my original pick up time asking me where I was - he was at my hotel. I told him I was at the *********** tried to change the reservation. He said "oh- no one told me". I ended up submitting a dispute w/credit card company MISSION LANE. I submitted all the texts messages. They responded saying the claim was denied because I agreed to the service agreement when making reservation online. I understand that but they don't seem to understand that I feel like I was scammed because I was never picked up at the airport, they never helped me find them! I feel like they took my money & figured if they give me a hard time very early in the 6 AM I will eventually stop trying & won't have to give me my $$ back because of the agreement I signed. $125.51 lostTAB Bank

They would not deposit a check made out to and endorsed by me and my wife into a non-joint account.Their mobile app is clunky and difficult. You cannot easily open different types of accounts (e.g. checking, savings, etc.) from within the same login. You have to resubmit identity proof every time (like they don't trust their own login). You have to request features like bill pay to be enabled when that is standard with most checking accounts. It is unclear how to set up repeat monthly bills for things like *** ****.TAB Bank

This bank requires zero stars. I was talked into a loan through ***************** in **********, *****. This loan was through ****** in ***********. The dental work was dragged out to extend the loan time frame and was poor quality. I am not able to eat solid food as of a result. Both ****** and ***************** refuse to adjust the loan. My credit has been damaged and as a senior citizen, I feel that the three entities: Kingsville Dental, Sunbit and TAB bank are operating predatory practices and should be banned from doing business.TAB Bank

I have the ************ **** from TAB Bank. However, I had an unauthorized charge in March. I naturally disputed the charge, but the service representative instead filed the dispute as claiming I had paid by other means, which was false. Then then closed the claim because my documentation did not show that the charge had been paid another way. Which, of course it hadn't. It was unauthorized. It wasn't supposed to be paid at all. But apparently s******* up taking down information is not sufficient to reopen a closed dispute. They very helpfully suggested that I try to get the money back from the company that defrauded me. Highly satisfied with my high yield savings account at **********************. I just wanted basic services when I opened the account 2 years ago, so I'm not familiar with other products and services available through TAB. I like the high rates, have transferred money in but not out, don't mind the $3,000 limit, and the couple times I've contacted customer service they've been very responsive and friendly. I have recommended TAB to family members.TAB Bank

We do factoring with TAB bank and I kept almost like begging my account manager to send ** factoring receipt every time we submit invoices, because with out it is very difficult to figure out what is funded and what is not. It is really fraudulent to not send receipt with details of what they are funding because there are many times that what we submitted and what they funded differed. The account manager responds in like a week some times when you need to communicate something. You call, almost no one answers, I have started to wonder, is this really a company or a group of irresponsible people thinking running a business by destroying other people's. They have destroyed our accounting process, It extremely painful to deal with this company.TAB Bank

Tab Bank is supposed to help people with less than perfect credit. However, they charge you 3000 for a 1500 dollar loan which for several months you are paying the interest instead of paying down the principal. This highway robbery and need to be stopped. They take the money out of your account every two weeks and I’m still only paying the interest. HorribleTAB Bank

I had to borrow a loan to get my vehicle fixed. I was told the interest amount wasn't a high amount by the shop. I read the contract and everything seemed okay. Everything paying weekly for 6 months, I believe I was close to paying the final balance off soon. Come to find out the loan was actually carrying 80 percent interest rate of the loan amount. From borrower to others, stay clear from borrowing from Snap Finance.TAB Bank

Decent bank and good interest rates. **************** is pretty responsive during the support standard business hours. However, they limit your ACH transfers inbound and outbound to $1,000 a day. What bank limits inbound transfers? You have to wait 90 days and they will lift it to $3,000, but they won't go any higher. You can however initiate the transfer from another bank, but they will like put a 5 day hold on the money. I ended up moving to another online bank without ACH limits and the same interest rate.TAB Bank

Very distraught at the moment....absolutely unable to reach anyone at any phone numbers listed anywhere....two emails sent and no one has called me. I have questions about my account such as unable to make a deposit or withdrawal and the system will not allow me to deposit more than $1.00 Hoping this method will get me a phone call from the company!
