This company is a fraud and has been stealing money from my bank account for *****. Im a hard working single mother attempting to make a way for my family and I have to go through this with a company who should be willing to help a valued customer. They were informed that the system was not working and had completely blacked out. They were informed to close the account and now they are telling me they will charge me another 30 days after I sign a document to cancel services for a system that does not work. This company has a monitoring system and clearly can see my system has been inactive for sometime and yet do not want to refund me my money. They have taken money from my account monthly. The system has not been protecting me or my family. ***** was the representative that giggled on the phone as I informed them how inhumane they were as individuals who has a company that strives to protect but simply does not protect. How and why are **** still in business? This is not right and yet and still I have not heard from management or anyone else higher than a customer ********************** agent. Run far and do not engage in their services; now I see why I should have went with a local alarm system company. They will steal your money and not provide any services!Mountain Alarm

Hello ********, We reviewed your account, and it looks like you did inform us that the system was not working and that you were having panel issues. We did send you some troubleshooting steps and advised you to give us a call to troubleshoot further, but never heard from you, since then we have been reaching out at least once a month to you via phone and email in regards to this so that we could get your system up and working properly. Since this is a security system we will not just cancel an account based on no use we require you to email or call in to terminate your services. While your services were not being utilized, they were readily available to you to use once you troubleshot your panel with us. We did review all interactions you had with our agents, and I assure you there was no giggling on our end as our goal is to get your system up and running.Review fromJohn G

I have been longtime customer of Burgarello ********************. Since Mountain Alarm has purchased Burgarello, the service has been consistently substandard.Burgarello installed a video system a few years ago which is no longer working apparently due to a software program in the video recorder.. Mountain Alarm has made numerous visits to our house and claims to still be working on the problem with no solution or feedback despite multiple calls to management. Each call results and promises and no action.We recently had new doors installed in the house, requiring re-alarming, and the job was done poorly.I do not recommend Mountain AlarmMountain Alarm

I am a homeowner of a condominium. I was billed by my *** for a service done by Mountain Alarm ****************************** The *** required me to pay a bill, but gave no explanation of the reason for the services that were performed. I contacted Mountain Alarm ***************************** to get clarification on the charges and also the nature of the call to do the services. Any explanations on the bill are in code or abbreviations that are indecipherable to a layperson. I spoke to ******, and in her words the work done was not the responsibility of my Unit. When I called her back to get more information, she indicated I could only speak to *******. ******* has not returned my phone call. The bill has minimal explanation, however does indicate "there was no issue" in their own words. However, the bill shows 4 hours of labor. They refuse to explain the bill, blocking any calls I make asking for the Service *************** or Owner-****. I am only left to believe the charges are erroneous or inflated, as no one will explain them to me. This feels dishonest and negligent.Mountain Alarm

The services that were requested by your *** to perform necessary state-required repairs on the Fire Alarm were completed and were billed directly to your ***. The *** at their discretion has determined that the source of those issues was partially caused by devices within your unit and they billed you for part of the service charges. I have had this Link interactive/alarm.com service for eight years now. I did have to upgrade the panel and thermostat last year because the old panel used old mobile technology that was being retired by the mobile carriers. It has worked great over eight years and their customer ********************** has always been more than exceptional whenever Ive had to call. I would definitely buy their product again if I moved to a different house and needed a security system.Mountain Alarm
