    DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I purchased a JAILBROKEN firestick with the promise that I would be able to watch NFL Sunday Ticket on his personal app Superior Computers which he charges a monthly fee. His firestick NEVER worked. He blamed it on my network which is 1 Gig per second FIBER OPTIC, which I've had for 20 years. He then tried to send his network guy for $150 PER HOUR to help me fix the issue. I spoke with a Jeremy, and he went through a factory reset with me. After the stick shut off 4 times in our 30-minute conversation, I packaged the firestick and sent it back. I received the firestick with a note that they factory reset the stick. I plugged it back in and within 5 minutes it shut off. I again called Jeremy and his stance was that it was working properly in the store. It does power up but shuts down simultaneously within a few minutes. I've left MULTIPLE messages with Jeremy to have the owner/manager Chad N** contact me. He hasn't once called, emailed, texted, or communicated with me. This whole fiasco has lasted almost 2 months now and I'm out several hundred dollars. I'm writing this article to ensure that people DON'T get taken by this company. I'm lucky that I didn't buy any computers from them. LOOK AT THE CONTACT, IT SAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one who's been dupped by these guys. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!
