      I purchased something from this store and returned it. They issued me store credit and did not refund me. Now the business appears closed. I have tried to contact them since July. The website is no longer active.

      i need to return an item but can not a hold of the business. the phone number is not working and keeps hanging up and the emails are not being answered. they seem to take peoples money and not assist with any problems

      Ordered a dress from this company almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have contacted the "support" number and the email provided by this company to attempt to reach someone regarding this issue and have yet to hear back from anyone. $120 out the window and I'm quite upset about this.

      In early October 2022 my wife purchased some clothing from Bella Ella. She was surprised at the low quality of the items, and the way they fit (not small, poorly constructed). On their website and Facebook, they advertise “free returns” in a few places. When you ultimately look closer, these “returns” are only in exchange for store-credit. Bella Ella frankly seems to be attempting to entice their customers into “overbuying” with the intention of “trying on” the items as is standard with several online clothiers. All of Bella Ella items are truly “non-refundable”, but they are using misleading advertising strategy to avoid reading their predatory return/exchange policy. After arguing with customer service on this instance, my wife spoke to someone on the phone who agreed to take her return. We then shipped the product back, only to never receive any correspondence, store credit, or refund. Were disputing the charge with our credit card company, but Bella Ella is fighting us relentlessly. We would at minimum like our $110 back. Fellow consumers….Please just review the BBB complaints before doing business with these guys. I wish I had! Not worth the hassle!

      In Summary, I bought a dress and paid for express shipping. The item has still not been shipped eight days later. I want to cancel the order and to be given a refund. The company blames me and refuses to cancel the item, insisting it has been shipped. 10/20 I created a customer account with Bella Ella including bio/contact details - address 10/21 I purchased a dress from Bella Ella Boutique online and paid for express 2-3 day shipping. 10/21 I received an email confirming the order had been placed and asking me to confirm the address in the email. There were instructions to contact them if there were any errors. Everything was correct so I took this to mean the order would be fulfilled and shipped shortly. 10/21 I received emails confirming payment **Several hours after receiving the confirmation order, another email was sent asking me to confirm my address for the fourth time on that day. This is the address that is on my driver's license. It is 100% my correct address and I'm happy to provide proof. There is no reason I should have had to confirm it so many times. Unfortunately, I didn't see this email until nearly a week later when I began worrying about the location of the package. On 10/21 I received 6 emails in total from Bella Ella and about the purchase. However, Bella Ella did not ship the package nor did they make any additional attempts to contact me about the package despite sending me on average 3-5 advertisements a day. 10/28 I see the email and immediately respond confirming my address via email 10/28 I realize that the package won't arrive in time. I call Bella Ella to ask the purchase be canceled and the money returned. I'm told that I will have to wait for the dress to arrive, to ship it back and then I can only have store credit (of course they won't refund me for the express shipping either). 10/28 USPS claims they haven't received the package 10/28 Bella Ella refuses to work on any kind of resolution with the customer.

      I purchased from Bella Ella through their Instagram shop. The shop policy on Instagram states that they accept returns for 30 days after delivery, & returns will be processed through Instagram. I requested a return for a dress due to sizing/quality issues. They didn't respond via Instagram or to the email I sent. I filed a claim through Instagram ("seller unresponsive"), and finally they contacted me after prompted by Instagram, only to deny my return request and redirect me to their website. The website return policy is quite different: store credit only, within 30 days of purchase not delivery, and processed through their website not Instagram. None of this matches what I read when I ordered. By the time all of these emails and claims were sent back and forth, it was outside the 30 days of purchase but still within 30 days of delivery. Finally they responded to my email and said they would make a "one-time exception" and take the return for store credit. I explained the difference in return policies and asked that they honor the policy on Instagram. They replied: "Unfortunately Instagram does limit what we can add for our policy because they do have their own policies. Unfortunately like stated previously we will not be issuing a refund you will only be getting store credit." This means that Bella Ella is attempting to sell on Instagram but not abide by Instagram's policies. It is underhanded to redirect customers to a different website with different policies. The entire process has been sneaky: customer service not responding until Instagram stepped in, then subverting Instagram's return process and redirecting me to a website that I haven't established trust with, sending me a different order number to use (so there is no paper trail in case of problems??), not honoring their stated return window. My complaint is that they didn't state or link to their ACTUAL return policy, which is different than advertised on Instagram. This should be modified or honored.

      I ordered a pair of boots online from Bella Ella Boutique. The item description listed them as being genuine leather. When I received the boots I looked at the materials and they are not leather. They are man made materials. I feel that this is false advertisement. I would never have bought these boots if I realized they were not really leather. This company only gives store credit and I want a refund.

      I ordered 3 dresses and the sizing was not what was listed. I asked for a refund and was told only store credit. Then belittled and said that was explained under every item. It is not. I would not have ordered from this company. I want my refund credited to my original card.
