      I'd give them a 0-star rating if I could. This company is just a big bunch of criminals, cons, and cheats. You can't return anything. I am down 400$+ because of this! The return link on their website doesn't even work! I wish I was kidding when I said that! You click on the return portal and it says "Sorry, the return option is no longer available. Please visit our website for alternative ways to return your items." Fantastic! Incredible! Your customers don't even have the option to return stuff.What happens when you call customer service? HA! Nothing! They give you the run-around. Don't respond, or my favorite, respond with some illogical reason as to why you're wrong. I see previous reviews that say they only give you store credit back...I wish that were my case. I would have been better off throwing my money into a fire than spending it on this website. I wouldn't have gotten it back either way. I hope this company full of frauds and liars closes down. Don't ever give them your business.

      0 Star review. Bella **** states that refunds are available, but then only offer a store credit. This is misleading. The word refund means to give back money...not a credit. The customer service is not very helpful. Buyer beware--if the clothing item isn't defective, you will not have your money refunded to your credit card.

      Ordered a necklace that said it shipped more than a month ago and never showed up. Tracking said that **** was still awaiting the item. When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me that there was nothing they could do.

      Not sure what kind of business doesnt offer returns in 2022 but on top of that I wasnt able to get ahold of customer service via phone until the following week after I placed my order. I was unhappy with their response and was provided their managers email address. I purchased my dress for a wedding and made my intentions clear that I wanted to exchange the dress for another but was in a very short timeframe to do this in. They responded two days later and said that they would waive the $15 for expedited shipping . The only possible way to get the dress on time was to purchase it that day. I was super communicative in letting them know that I would be doing that and updating them once the return had occurred to reconcile the refund. 14 hours later I finally get my return notice with store credit and I let the manager know that I received it but I already purchased my replacement dress. Oh guess what they decide to not honor that one time exception they were going to make and issue the refund. They were extremely condescending and told me to go read their refund policy and made the effort of sending novels of emails in response with no empathy whatsoever or acknowledgement of fault/understanding but were sure ended every email with have a lovely day! Unbelievable. I would rather have my original dress then but instead now Ive spent $150 supporting a business that values pride and greed over customer service. In situation where you could have easily made a raving fan, you now have a ranting one. Have a lovely day!
